We were not punished for Maignan's injury yet. However, this is the match to get punished.

3-0 from Viola.

This is like last year's Atalanta match that began the decline.

Extremely poor match from Gabbie and Tatasuranu. Wasteful from the front three despite some good play.

Just now, Bonaventure gave us a gift.

3-1.

A comeback was buildingnthanks to some great work by Bra and Theo.

It was all undone by Theo's massive mistake trying to dribble past Vlahovic in the middle of the box.

Deserved defeat. Shit.

Calma. First defeat of the season and away to Fiorentina is legit. Vlahovic looks like such a stud, really hope we can sign him.

After throwing away all the good work vs Sassuolo and Verona the team is looking a bit more solid again. Hopefully its not another false start. Zenit, Fiore, and Lazio all wins. Now even tougher with Chelsea and Atalanta. Every match being a must win in Serie A makes this so tense. So many injuries too. Dybala, Danilo, Alex, Bernardeschi, Chiellini, etc.

Happy to say McKennie put together a good run after those woeful performances. Looks useful now. Rabiot looked good again vs Lazio after sucking for a while. Morata still dreadful, Kean looked more dangerous with his fewer minutes, needs to get some starts.

We were solid defensively in second half when we became efficient to cover passing lines. Better than in first half.

Our counter-attacking phases are a joke. They are clumsy and they take the worst decisions in final third. I was mad of the 2nd penalty because Chiesa was about to miss an open net. Morata and Kulu disappointing match.

Unlike you i found Rabiot soft as usual. I trust nobody in that midfield, it's always complicated long passes that break the tempo because they cannot take pressing, they take position far from each other. It's very poor overall tbh

Locatelli was huge and Rabiot and McKennie were good. This wasn't a bad game from our midfield imo. Its Lazio in rome and we completely nullified them, 1 shot on target all game. They've already beaten Roma and Inter there.

It's a good game between Inter and Napoli.

Napoli was the better team for the first 15-20 minutes until they bagged their goal, then Inter dominated for the rest of the half besides a couple of Napoli chances. That eventually created a penalty situation, and then a goal from a corner.

Despite this, it should be slightly worrying that Inter is not scoring from open play and often depends on set pieces, especially when some patience with the ball would have created more dangerous chances than the ones they routinely waste.

Skriniar injures Osmihan.

It's more difficult for Napoli, who still are second best in the second half.

Urka what a day

I didn't mock Milan yesterday because it's better  expect your club plays.....

Milan lost it finally.

Inter won a big match under Inzaghi finally. And what a match.
I hope it has been watched also abroad because it represented a beautiful advertisement for Serie A . Beautiful and intense match

Croatians are playing a great season, we must renew their contract absolutely.

Uhmmm... what? Napoli suffocated them in the last 20 minutes, they had three huge chances. And Inter should have played the 8 minutes of injury time without Dzeko, but they didn't because the ref was a wimp

Inter played better since the 15th minute to the 75th. Napoli only came back to the match in the last 15 minutes, and by then, the game was too far to grab back.

And you should watch matches without your Inter tinted glasses. The first half was mostly even, in fact Napoli was slightly better. The only period that you can say Inter was better in was the second half until Napoli's goal and that's because they were ahead and defending well, not because they were doing anything special.

Absolutely not. They traded some punches in the first half, but overall Napoli was still better, they had the better chances.

And the game was obviously not too far, since they had three golden chances at 3-2

Since after Napoli's first goal, Inter totally dominated, and for every four punches they gave, Napoli managed one. I would get eye surgery if I thought Napoli was "slightly better" in the first half. And that continued in the second half until roughly the 80th minute, when Napoli finally started to get back into the game after scoring and Barella leaving the field.

Sure, they "could" have equalized in their moment of dominance. But Inter "could" have scored more in theirs as well. Yet, it should be worrying for Inter that they obviously look much worse in the final minutes of these matches (True against Juve, Milan, and now Napoli).

In the end, for 67% of the match, Inter were the better team, and this bears out with the stats with twice as many shots and more corners.

A name to remember. Mou has hand picked him and given him quite a lot of minutes for someone so young. Came into this game ahead of Zaniolo and appears to have justified that decision.

Super humble dude. Dedicated his performance to his mother.

Both goals were great as well, really surprising shots for a teenage debutant.

He was delivering fridges at 28 years old. Went up with Crotone last year and impressed slightly (Crotone were relegated).

Apparently, Pioli and Maldini wanted him as well.
