Not really a Italy supporter but I'm excited to see them in a major tourney after five years. Been too long. Last showing was Zaza's legendary penalty, lets hope we get more memorable moments.

Bales can still make 2nd or 3rd tbh. Swiss are good enough too. And Turkey have been playing really themselves. Yeah all in all the games should be goal filled here

As expected our attack is poor, a player as Berardi is not adapted for high levels , different pressure etc

Missing the final ball. Still that was a clear penalty with the handball, 14 shots to Turkey's 0. Need to finish this before it becomes complicated

Italia dominating as expected with Mancini's side but up front they are so toothless and the usual suspects not showing up.

Turkey's defensive block is crowding the box and they still concede many chances. I'd be very surprised if Italy don't score in second half. Insigne-Immobile-Berardi up front, you don't expect top class finishing from those guys, but the italians are in total control.

Honestly a mostly perfect match from Italia today. Terribly bland up front until Demehral broke the deadlock and the domination finally was completed in the final third.
Mancini's Italia like Prandelli's continues to break old stereotypes.
