Re: #2 Sergiño Dest
Ok. I watched the customary Youtube videos. Mighty impressed. Elite skills. Saw him pull off elastico's, Laudrup dribbles and roullettes. And he has elite pace.
Ofcourse, Youtube makes Joe the Plumber look like Maradona but still one can hope.
Do we have a gem on our hands or is he going to be a dud?

Re: #2 Sergiño Dest
well he certainly also has the stamp of approval of Bayern's scouting department
He was our first choice for a RB signing since last year

Re: #2 Sergiño Dest
Kid looks a baller
Outrageous skill for a fullback, elite pace and good one on one defender. Completely shut down that fraud Vinicius.
Has a tendancy to come indie though. Like when he came inside to block Casemiro. Had the ball been squared, Vinicius would have been in on goal. It will improve with age.
3 games in, I am hyped. Can't wait for us to get rid of the old guard completely, switch to 4-3-3 and Dest gets a proper forward in front of him.

Just realized hes actually American? Or he represents them in the NT instead of Netherlands where he was born and raised through Ajax...

Dad is american, mom is from the netherlands, Dest chose to represent the US.
Great game last night, debut goal and a very skillful display.

Re: #2 Sergiño Dest
Crazy that he chose US instead of Netherlands. He hasn't even lived in the US, he's more Dutch than American and could get into the Dutch team all things considered.

Yep, he can pull off the elastico and the Laudrup dribble in a competitive game. Could turn out to be as much of a bargain as Alves 12 years ago.

Re: #2 Sergiño Dest
Apparently has been playing with an injury the last few weeks. I hope this goes some way to explain why average Roberto has displaced him in the side.
