If this was Bayern and I was a Manchester United fan, yes.

Ole was doing well with a linear trajectory of improving until they were forced to sign Ronaldo. They have since then lost their identity and the system Ole established which is silky af with incisive passes on the counter. Playing Ronaldo upfront will win you games, but will not win you titles unless you build the system and team around him and this is not something Ole has built the team around and United cannot afford to start now around a 37 year old.

Best of luck to them to sort this out but for me the only solution I see is Ronaldo as an impact sub when their system is questioned across 90 mins rather than having no idea how to attack from minute 1.

Ole wasn't doing well, he was never good enough and it's clear he will not become good enough for United.
