My efforts for 3PTS were far unsufficient, now i can only wish to lose 4-5, and i thank you El G for leaving Fox on the bench, otherwise points would be to your advantage.
Your team is quite good, i underestimate until i analyze it this week. You have 2 low rounds players Bertans and Graham who are difference makers. Since the beginning my favorite teams on paper were Habs, Urban, Chillbert. Might have to consider yours too.
lol, every season you gents underestimate me.
Now that i've faced everyone, i think CBarca and I have the strongest teams in the league providing everyone stays fit. You weakened yourself with your trades overall imho @Warrior. Otherwise it would've been us three. Won't totally push you aside though in case Ayton comes back with good steals and blocks stats. And you also still have Smart and Irving to help you in steals and assists, so yea i think i'm in for a tighter matchup if we square off injury-free later in the season.
And yes, i made some great managerial choices in drafting Bertans and picking up Graham and Richaun Holmes.

I mean, it's 9 weeks done in this season and Luca is leading you by 7, me by 8.5. This is with everyone facing off
Unless Luca has got very lucky with injuries, and I don't think that's the case, it's pretty hard to say anyone else has a stronger team than him. The evidence is that right now he's the top team.
My team needs to get their shit together and start hitting free throws at the clip they should be.

I faced John Collins a couple times in the first week before he got banned, now I'm facing Freeza again with John Collins coming back
I can't complain, I just thought that was funny

No that's bs my trades look bad because i suffer injury plague since the day of CP3 vs Isaac. Been playing with 12 guys on top of that. That's why it have no influence or it seems like i have weakened.
At some point yesterday it was 3-5, blocks were tied and you had -1 turnover. I nearly beat your fully healthy team in those conditions. Let's say the real things please.

his team doesn't look that great on paper tbh that's why i omitted him - and i think his 8-1 victory over me was a big fluke, but like you said and i myself said before, the numbers can't be lying. His team has a weird balance for some reason despite not looking that great on paper, to me at least lol.
i even think he might have a matchup advantage over me, just personally. So i probably should add him to that list - we'll see how the next third of the season progresses

perhaps.
And true, but like you said i was Fox away from beating you on pts and in that regard i even had two games fewer than you in the matchup. And remember your IL's are in replacement to your free agent pickups, not in addition. So you'll have to take into consideration the contributions Thomas and Boucher made wouldn't be there if your IL's were fit.
But don't feel left out, i added you to the list.
I always enjoy our matchups Habs.

Games were 43-41 in your favor. Yahoo takes into account the "O" not the "INJ" that's why it's not reliable.
Anyway a 2 game difference is not worth talking about, and your win is deserved as i said before. But i have enough frustration this season, that i did not appreciate to point out it's my fault because of the trades i made... reality is not that. If anyone knows how much a injury plague to irreplaceable players can affect your team and strategies, it's you

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
Last year what made my success were my moves on free agents, i was more patient. In 19-20 so far i've relied too much on my draft and prayers that injuries stop. In other words, i have been passive, that's my big mistake and i intend to correct that as soon as this week.
My team will be ready for crunch time and i will take my revenge on all those who beat me

By the way, for all of the hubbub that that trade caused, CP3 has been really great this year. I've looked at his numbers, and I feel that that trade was genuinely pretty even. Especially since Isaac has struggled offensively in a lot of games for me. His defense is incredible though

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
Not gonna lie, the initial plan was to trade CP3 + Harrell (or Mitchell + Valanciunas) for either Towns or Paul George. But Urban and Art reject my offers so i had to improvize
Can't say anything against CP3, he is not a difference maker but he is a great "stats enhancer" if you combine him with elite shooters. If Irving comes back one day my point guard quartet will be amazing.
Isaac i could afford to let him go, last beef vs you i had 50 blocks or something, it was just abuse he's a defensive monster and you got him in return of a player whom you regret drafting. Good deal for both, as it should be.

Urban DeRozan for Russell?
Or Warrior, Mitchell & Paul for Tatum and DeRozan?

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
I think you should offer DeRozan to someone who is punting 3 points (Or punt that category yourself). Me with KAT as my best player can’t do that so someone like DeRozan doesn’t fit my build even though I’d take this offer as a straight swap as his percentages are awesome for a guard. I’ve looked at punting 3 points because of this offer but it’s not viable because I have too many 3 point scorers to move one after bringing DeRozan.Vibe wrote:Urban DeRozan for Russell?

I’m more likely to accept if CB accepted my other offer

DeRozan and Barton for Russell, Urban?
That is a far better deal for you than it is for me, but I have LeVert returning soon to offset for Barton loss.
Also if anyone else has a Russell level PG for these two, I'll consider it.

Urban give me someone better than Reddick and I'll accept.
Ingles is absolutely balling since he switched to the starting unit and I can't give up an all around guy for a specialist.

There’s the risk that Jingles goes back to the bench once Conley returns though. He was a 10th round guy, it’s not asking much really.
I can’t give you Schröder as I’ll be left with just one PG.

Fournier? Can't believe I'll trade for a guy I dropped
Jingles changed units before Conley got hurt, he replaced Royce O'Neale so it's unlikely he goes back.

Well, I drafted and then dropped Ingles before he started this run

You ripped me off if Ingles keeps it up, and Russell will probably end up traded or injured, but I got nothing to lose, have to make risks to make playoffs and pray Steph returns.

D’lo won’t get traded this season, so no worries about that. He could get injured but that’s a risk for everyone this year it seems. KAT missed 5 games during his entire NBA career before I drafted him, now he’s been out for 4 in a row
Knowing my luck, Ingles turns to shit again just like he was before I dropped for some scrub.

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
I vote against too maybe it will delay your plans
Seems like a fair trade. Fun fact: Fournier was shit last season because he started to lose hair and it affects him a lot mentally. He has his own TV show (which i recommend it's on Youtube) and a entire episode is dedicated to him freaking out about his hair. Then Vucevic, Gordon, Augustin mock him for it and you can really see a broken man
This summer he said he finally accepted it, on Twitter he jokes about wearing wigs and stuff, and all of a sudden his shot falls and his decision making is quicker. How much peace of mind is crucial for an athlete.

Re: GL NBA fantasy 2019/20
I have high interest for Tatum. Yesterday i tried actively to obtain a decent point guard, so i can afford trading CP3 to you. Without success.
So maybe now is a bad timing but i offer Gordon + Bogdanovic, plenty of 3s, and it has the advantage of not filling up your PG spots
