I actually thought Rugani was really good? Saw him only at the U21 Euros couple of years ago admittedly.
Surely he's still got time to become a great CB.

He has good composure but he’s a bit soft/passive. That was always Allegri’s issue with him, just wasn’t aggressive enough.

Juventus signed three central defenders this window so any Rugani exit links aren’t surprising as only Barzagli has left from last season

Lemina, mixture of Vidal and Pogba playing with Pogba. I can see it now. Rugani, passes to Lemina, he finds Pogba. Pogba crosses it and Mandzukic finishes with a header at the back post.

Man, you can't wait to get Dybala, I can't wait to get rid of him. Since you guys want Mandzukic, too, how about we add Pjanic to the mix and you give us Paul? If you play possession football, Pjanic is fantastic in a 2 man mid or on the right of a 3 man mid. Just don't play him in front of the D or behind the strikers
