Amazing that either Neymar or Verratti ever get to finish a game without being sent off, the way they behave

Why was Neymar acting like a prat when Mertens got injured?
When he becomes frustrsted he gets tunnel vision lol
Deserved draw for Napoli. To think that they've only won 1 game and could still go through

By far the group with the strongest teams. Some of the groups are absolutely terrible in terms of quality teams.

They are. H2H is only applied at the end of all group games

Re: Champions League 2018/19 | Group C
So in the end PSG is on the brink of EL.
If Napoli beats Red Star then there is only a very unlikely scenario that they would crash out.
Liverpool-PSG, loser is eliminated basically.

H2H is applied for ranking purposes during and after the group stage. Napoli leads the group. As any of the standings tables will show.

Re: Champions League 2018/19 | Group C
I think H2H counts before GD so it would make sense if Napoli are 1st.

Re: Champions League 2018/19 | Group C
H2H of course counts 1st. Hans is just trolling on the fact that, technically, the tiebreakers are applied at the end of all matches played.

It makes so that PSG already lost the h2h to Napoli and lost the first match against Liverpool, so their next match is do or die.

PSG lost H2H against Napoli
because of away goal ? They had drawn both the games right !

Re: Champions League 2018/19 | Group C
H2H would logically be applied when both teams have played eachother home and away. No use applying the rule when there's still a h2h game left. Until then it's GD that dictates the ranking. Can't believe that's what you are hung up abouy after this draw.

Napoli has to play in Liverpool... and I see Liverpool winning that (night and day home compared to away). let's assume a draw to be conservative. 4 points for Napoli.
PSG will very likely win against Liverpool at home and away at Belgrade. But let's assume a draw against Liverpool. 4 points.
Liverpool has to play Napoli at home and PSG away. I think they lose both. But assuming draws = 2 points
To me, Liverpool is likely out.

So according to you, the official table on the UEFA website is trolling too?

Lol why are you assuming that QSG will beat Pool but not Napoli when they failed to beat Napoli home AND away. QSG are rubbish. Unlike QSG Napoli actually managed to beat Pool

Those are some big ifs Sports. Truth is PSG are 1 game away from EL, hilarious position for them to be in.

Re: Champions League 2018/19 | Group C
Liverpool is night and day when playing away compared to playing at home... not even the same team. PSG is like that as well. So when you consider PSG is playing at home and Liverpool away in that game... it's pretty obvious who should be heavily favored.
Only team that plays in a balanced way regardless of location is Napoli.
