I try to avoid any products from problematic countries, but it can be fucking tough. Using a computer while boycotting China is tough, for now there's Taiwan so there's a chance, but it might soon be no dice. Too many American and European developers have their factories in China, making yet more money for them and stabilizing the dictatorship. A no-win situation by now.

It's common nowadays to reduce the meaning of culture to the ethics department.
Excellent organization, precise execution and top scientists like the nazi Germany had were also part of the devious culture during that era. It took allied forces to bring them down, there was a reason for that.
It doesn't mean Nazis or current Chinese CPP are being compared in ethics department. They're beyond hope. The difference is Nazis got to wreck the world, China is about to do that.

The warfare nowadays is more on the economic side. Piss off enough countries and your exports will plummet. CCP is more vulnerable than people think. The easiest way would be to strengthen India by relocating production over there. this is very interesting, it's not about the Uighurs in concentration camps but about those allowed to live their daily lives. The amount of surveillance they are under is ridiculous. They're monitored in group chats, have to install apps for tracking on their phones, endure pregnancy checks (and sometimes forced abortions), the government is notified when they cross certain checkpoints. Really worth a read.
