I would like to beat Barca. Plus our starting XI needs to get a rhythm going. We have looked pretty bad, complacent, rusty what ever you want to call it- now is the perfect time to end Barca’s unbeaten run, pick up some form of our own and ride it until the CL final.

i want to see us crush barcelona but the cl final is more important. would rather see us play kids. no doubt Barcelona will try to injure our best players just to spite us as we are still in the cl and they got knocked out early.

Out of all the matches left in La Liga, this is the one Madrid need to bring their absolute A game because Barcelona would be bringing theirs. We need to beat them, smash them even. I don't care if we get an offside goal to win it, this is a must win game. Barcelona can be called invincibles, I don't think you guys understand the implications of that. The Arsenal invincibles are still talked about, could you imagine how long this would be talked about?

Not nearly as long as a three-time CL winner. Try to let that sink in for a second, Doc. It's a three-time CL winner. We are talking about a club who has made Europe, pardon my french, their b*tch, for 3 straight years.

It wouldn't be an achievement, it would be a miraculous, godlike feat that I'm sure no other team will even come close to achieving and a record that shall stand the test of time until this planet turns to dust.

If we're that worried about it, we should have beat them the first time we played. Instead of being concerned about it when the league is already lost we should jus look forward to the CL final.

That's why Zidane and the lads owe us fans this. They owe us a Clasico win. The dog shit campaign in La Liga, the one where Ronaldo didn't show up till January, the one where Benzema has like 5 goals, the one where Kroos, Modric, Marcelo, Bale, Carvajal all phoned in performances week in, week out, the one where Zidane kept playing that shit diamond till he himself couldn't take it anymore, this club needs to apologise for and what better way to do it than ending Barcelona's unbeaten run in their own back yard.

DoC, they'll also have immortality with an unbeaten run. They'll be only team in Spain to ever finish a season unbeaten to add with their only team in Spain to do the treble. We beat them and this would just be a regular title win.

With respect to injuries, these guys could and probably have gotten injured in their sleep so it's not like this match would have some great effect. Final is 3 weeks away ffs and 2 other fodder matches to do diddly squat with.

Juventus did it in 2011-2012 and I don't think I've heard a single person mention it since.

That was a class move from Z to take all the blame for it, but there shouldn't be any blame to begin with.

They didn't do a guard of honor for us on two occasions this year alone so I don't see why should Madrid do it either or why are they acting all surprised they are not getting one.

The level of hypocrisy here is outrageously alarming and it has plummeted them to a new low that I didn't know they were capable of reaching. They should feel ashamed of themselves honestly.
