Milinkovic Savic is a good talent, good prospect, but he is being talked about as something he is not. my opinion of him has not changed, if anything after his recent performances it should have gone down.

Not a special talent, not a special player, as i said, there are better players than him in his age range, certainly better performers, and there are many others of similar level and who would do better than him in different midfield roles. i dont want to reduce him to this game, but i have said all of this before.

Calling him the most creative midfield prospect in europe is an insult to our intelligence. good luck spending 80-150 mil on this guy, will turn out great lmao

Well said nick

It’s Lazio’s hierarchy valuing him as highly as they do. 50-60M for me would be overpay but much more realistic. A higher price is not unrealistic in today’s market but whichever club pays above 60M is investing heavily into the hype

and i never want to see him compared to Pogba on here, not the same class of players. you can criticize pogba as much as you want but he plays at a different level.

I think 25M + bonuses is more reasonable

He's shown enough that he cant hang with the big talents like Ceballos, Illaramendi, McTominay etc

Their playstyles are quite similar though.

Both big midfielders with absolutely ridiculous technique, also, Sergej, a lot of times, occupies the same space as Pogba did at Juventus

Pogba's never been at a team like Lazio, lets not forget. Much easier to play when you're next to Pirlo and Prime Vidal compared with Parolo and Lucas Leiva

Unsurprisingly, Pogba has never reached his Juventus level with Manchester United but this is not a debate that needs further explanation. There are many parallels to Pogba: Sergej and its a comparison that has been forwarded for good reason in my opinion. It's not to suggest they are anywhere near the same level, they just share some characteristics

IMO Can and/or Fellaini on a free is better business than Mediocre-Savic for 60+

anyway tremendous match tonight, two elite teams cancelling each other out, pure catenaccio, really instilled a joie de vivre, pleased I spent my evening on this.

Agree , not quite as entertaining as Man United being whooped 1-0 by West Brom at home but it was alright I guess

It was a very poor match. I was kind of expecting as such after Roma must have partied all night on Tuesday and Lazio are stuck with a sore rectum after being the best team not still in the Europa League

Immobile the true fraud today

Also, Lazio looks out of gas @robes, Roma/Inter for the 3/4 spots imo

I am sorry for the bad show given to foreign GL fanbase
But Serie A is also worse than this
you can already recuperate with Inter - Cagliari on this Tuesday
I'm going to wait you

Google Elagabalus. He had Caligula beat rather comfortably in that department..

As for the game. Meh. We didn't lose so that's good I suppose. I'd rather we be shit in front of goal in this game than against Liverpool.

Was good to see a cameo by last season's Nainggolan at least.
