Inter The fairy tale is over
Back where they belong tomorrow: 3rd place at best
Jankto is a great prospect, how was his match ?

Embarrassed by Oddo in a full house San Siro
This is why they aren't taken seriously as a title contender

Udinese channeling the spirit of Di Natale, fantastic win. Hope Inter don't collapse after this, still a strong shout for the Scudetto IMO.

Damn for some reason I thought Del Neri is still Udinese's coach
Either ways, Del Neri or Oddo, they are the same level anyway :cofee:

4th place is what Inter seeks to achieve. The scudetto was never in the cards as I have always said.

I remember Robes saying Oddo's Pescara in Serie B was getting called the Italian Barca.
Obviously his tenure didn't go that well when they were promoted, but its nice to see him doing well right now.
He'll probably get a chance after Gattuso.

Re: The 2017/18 Calcio Thread: Part 2
Now I read "not be taken seriously " but I' ve read for 2 months posts on posts about Inter are going to win title
It is enough shocking as an average Inter created fear in some (not all of course) Milan and Juve fans
Let imagining if we were strong..
Everyone expected that an Inter with just 11 players (Karamoh as back up) Never could fight for Scudetto
And everyone knows it is another expected Juve scudetto
Stop to create narratives on other teams just why Serie A can seem it different

Yeah , I watched most number of Pescara matches that year.
They played fantastic football.
TBH this is a reason why I thought Lapadula was better than this

Never expected Inter to win the scudetto
But Napoli have decent chances, it might happen

I don’t think I’ve seen anything funnier than @TheCalcioGuy calling Perotti “the best penalty taker in Europe” only for Perotti to shoot the worst penalty kick I’ve seen this season. pic.twitter.com/2xNTotpTDC

Wonder how much he was paid to do that?

At least the very least 1 million, never would i believe otherwise. He let down himself and everyone who loves him by doing this.
Oh... you are talking about the missed penalty ? Only bad luck i suppose

This is how he takes penalties to be honest, always stares at the keeper in the eye and never stops

Meh, was bound to happen eventually given how unconventional that walk-up is.
Would be perfectly fine with him continuing to take them.
