I just don't know who would want the everton job tbh. Your job is to somehow compete against the Manchester clubs, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Spurs. Mind the expectations will never be that they truly compete and are with those clubs, but to maybe sneak 5th/4th here or there or something, maybe win EL, maybe win a cup.

In actuality, all of those things are very difficult for a club like everton to achieve. Maybe the best option is to try and win a cup, but then they're sacrificing what they can do in the league.

They're a classic midtable side but with higher, unreachable expectations.

In premier league managers can pass from a PL team to an other PL team DURING the season , Even if they aren't sacked ?

Is this not the case in other leagues? I've never thought about it?
