I hope Fraudzio strikes again, i am not happy about this at all. He is no better then Ake or Christensen.

Anyway Manolas will stay in Roma, the negotiation with Zenit was broken because he didn't want to be paid with rublo
So just Rudiger is sold. And they've signed Hector Moreno

Apparently we were deeper in the FFP sanction hole than previously thought. 2 sacrificial lambs needed. Paredes could still go to Zenit as well.

This one hurts a lot more than selling Salah or potentially losing Manolas as I honestly like Ruediger's versatility much more and he overall is just a much more likable player. That said, I understand this one more than Manolas as well. He did tear his ACL while Manolas hasn't (knock on wood) so the chances of re-injury to that ACL are always in the back of our minds. That said, 38m for a guy with known ACL issues is impressive business on Monchi's part.

Edit: The theory for all this red that makes the most sense to me is all of Walter's loan with option to buy deals coming due and us paying for them. Inter fans will want to be on the look out for those.
