Re: Milan swiftly assembling a recognizable team
Well we did sign our main rivals star defender and future captain
but yeah robertson was banter-> class this season for sure.
Anyway, let the haters hate, im positive this isnt the worst we have seen from us, sadly.
We will be back however, as long as it will take and as many mistakes as we make, lets not forget how many duds Juve had to buy and sell at a loss before the Alex Sandros and Dybalas and Tevez's came in. Many will recall the summer of Krasic, Felipe Melo, Bendtner. We just had one of those years and now the management will have to learn from these mistakes.
We will be back

Not with this stupid management
Legit you can get Firenze as a sporting director and he'd conduct a better transfer campaign than these frauds, using only FIFA experience
Kessie
Silva
Hakan
Kalinic

I dont get your hate with Kessie, and Hakan has proven to be worth it.
Kalinic for sure is a flop, Silva is 20 years old.
Mirabelli will get sacked.
At the very least, we have an ambitious managment, which is more than can be said about the previous owners. they can make mistakes, but do you not remember Juventus going through the exact same thing?

How dare you disrespect the famous Amauri, Melo and Diego Braziliano Juve?
On a serious note, Milan has a good defence and a combative midfield with zero attack. I don't think you can bet on this team to score more than 1-2 goals per game and that is a problem, particularly when you go down a goal as there's no belief that a goal will come.
Basically, you need 3 signings in attack or 2 with a creative central midfielder
I question how much funds will be available though. I feel someone will bail Milan out of the Andre Silva signing and maybe you can re-coup some funds on Musacchio and someone else but I'm not so sure
I can see Milan signing Belotti this summer (which may or may not be good), and even going back in for a Keita Balde (who I've not heard anything noteworthy of from Monaco this season), then even a Felipe Anderson signing from Lazio would help but again, I question if there is money to make these signings happen and you really can't overhaul your squad season after season without the revenue that only the Champions League can provide in Serie A

What has Hakan proven? Showing up against minnows? He is inconsistent, very brash on challenges and doesn't really do much apart from long balls
Kessie my opinion is well documented, he isn't he type of player we need

Re: Milan swiftly assembling a recognizable team
Kessie doesn't seem completely terrible, chipped in with some big assists this season
shouldn't be a priority
you can probably raise 80m with sales (including Donna and Silva) and whatever else you have, all on attackers IMO, but semi- proven ones..I mean technically Kalinic was proven , Keita Balde Diao Chan would be a great signing for sure
falcao could be intriguing but it's a big gamble probably
but I think it's very possible to see another disastrous window

Re: Milan swiftly assembling a recognizable team
Silva, Donnarumma, and Suso (maybe even Bonaventura) will all be shopped around. Kalinic should never be a milan player, and then musacchio will also be looked at.
We have bacca, Lapadula, Niang, Bertolacci and others on loan, which should recoup some fees.
As well, the management is budgeted for 2-3 signings, dont have a link for you but im fairly certain they could have spent even more money, yet opted not to.
The one thing that does worry me is that we have to pay for Kessie, which hurts our ability to make another signing.
For me, the attack is the priority, we had the least amount of shots/goals for any side in the top 10, our defence is our only redeeming quality and we have proven we can defend when we need to. With another winger, Hakan will be allowed to drop back into midfield, and hopefully into the number 10 role, where i firmly believe he is meant to play.
Honestly, i would be alright with two attacking signings, and one midfield (bertolacci has been decent this year and i for one would give him a shot under Rino)
Dont forget, Gattuso coached the youth team previously and has already made it known that he is looking to pull 2-3 more players from our academy in addition to our mercato.

Re: Milan swiftly assembling a recognizable team
Agree with ES on Kessie tbh
Typical chaotic player that can mislead because the stats look like good, but at the end he takes more problems than points.
Not a player worthy of a big team.
It reminds a bit Guarin under us
