I usually don't but did some research and apparently this lad is the most reliable City insider, even City fans are taking it as likely being true. It's not a case of City missing out on Fabinho, apparently he isn't someone they're really looking at. I can believe it because they got the Silva and Ederson deals done fast but Fabinho has been lingering for a while.
