Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Yesterday's game:
Hertha - Hoffenheim 1:3
Hertha went ahead before 20 year old CB Mittelstädt gave away a hand ball penalty, which was clumsy but very very harsh aka WRONG, as it clearly was not intentional.
Mittelstaädt then gets sent off with a 2nd yellow for another clumsy challenge and another harsh decision: he tackled the ball, then slip with his leg over it so that his studs were a bit high. Hoffenheim player disgustingly makes a meal of it and off the kid goes.
Hoffenheim then went on to win the game with a Süle screamer and a counter goal.
Sandro Wagner the dirty *bleep* is working hard in demeanour and appearance to be Bundesliga's Diego Costa
Hoffenheim on course for CL quali
Today's games:
Bayern -Augsburg
- Neuer is injured and got his toe operated on, he'll miss at least the games vs augsburg and Freibug. Having Ullreich in goal gives one goal to Augsburg by default.
Schalke vs Dortmund.
- the Revierderby and the game of the match day. Tuchel is not a big game manager so this one will go to Schalke.
HSV - Köln
Freiburg - Bremen
Leipzig - Darmstadt
in the evening
Eintracht -Gladbach
Eberl has extended as Gladbach's DoF until 2022, apparently rejecting the chance to move to Bayern for now. He'll have his hands full again in summer, losing another 2 key player youngsters with Dahoud and Christensen.
tomorrow:
Ingolstadt - Mainz
Leverkusen - Wolfsburg
aka the True Plastico
Hertha - Hoffenheim 1:3

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Meanwhile in the 2nd division, "New Manager Effect" is not being very effective, possibly due to one of the new managers being from Luxemburg. Really? Luxemburgo????
The idea of two Berlin teams in the Bundesliga is starting to look more and more possible
HT
Hannover - Union (Sa.) -:- (0:0) Live
Sandhausen - Bochum -:- (0:0) Live
Würzburg - Bielefeld -:- (1:0)

OK, New Manager Effect is actually working in Hannover, I guess you just can use a Luxemburgan, errr Luxemborgian, errr Luxembougouise... well a guy from Luxemburg as the new Manager.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
It's about time Berlin got a proper team in the 1. Bundesliga tbh
Though not everyone at Union is actually too happy about a promotion. They feel fine in 2nd BuLi.

Thiago with the through ball of the season
only a clear hand ball from the defender denies Lewa but the ref doesn't give it

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Meanwhile the Derby is scoreless and I wish I had started drinking Vodka.
Not a lot of chances, Schalke probably with the best half chance.
I saw that they made an error on the kicker site and have Bremen up 2-0 at Freiburg.

Tbf Dortmund hit the post just a few minutes before that so you were not far off.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Both teams went for the win in the end. Got a bit testy as well, Schalke thought they should have had a penalty for a handball, Skratis causing trouble, Old man Huntelaar being to slow to capitalize on his chances, but it ends 1-1.

I'm afraid I can't help you there either. I was watching Bayern, minding my own business. No idea about that one.
