Currently on- the U19 Bundesliga final between BVB and Bayern.

It's 0:0 after 90 minutes and about to go into Extra Time.

Most prominent names are, on BVB side, Passlack who has already been subbed off, and Felix Götze, Tarnat, Tillman and Shabani for Bayern

It is time that I reflect on the predictions I made at the start of the season... here was my table:
1. FC Bayern - Got it right, champions again.
2.Borussia Dortmund - Close enough. CL football again.
3. Bayer Leverkusen - Ermmm...
4. VfL Wolfsburg - This is getting slightly embarassing now
5. Schalke 04 - Well then...
6. Borussia M'Gladbach - Hmmm no Europe for Gladbach
7. 1. FC Cologne - Good for them.. topped my prediction and nice to see them in Europe
8. Mainz 05 - I expected a good seaosn from them
9. Werder Bremen - This prediction looked bad until a solid run in the second half
10. Rasballensport Leipzig - Red Bull gives you wings
11. HSV - Avoided the drop.. I should have put them lower
12. Hertha BSC - Heh. Good on them again, they seem to have great team spirit.
13. FC Ingolstadt - OK
14. Eintracht Frankfurt - Solide defensively.. I hope they win the cup and kick Freiburg out of the EL qualifiers.
15. 1899 Hoffenheim - Nagelsmann at work cheers
16. FC Augsburg - Uninspiring but no relegation
17. SC Freiburg - how the hell do you finish 7th with that poor goal differential?!?!?!?!
18. SV Darmstadt - Nailed the top and the bottom. Middle was iffy.

Nagelsmann is a magician, there's no other way to put it. Hoffenheim, with THAT team and squad, should be nowhere near the top.

Nagelsmann is a big Bayern fan as well, after Carlo leaves in 2019, he should be the next Bayern coach - Fantastic job !

Isn't Nagelsmann a former 60er? Laughing

Just watched this in the pub after having attended the Berlin Cup final.
Left after 75 minutes though with Wolfsburg leading 1:0 after an undeserved penalty expertly converted by Gomez.

Basically, you'd root for Braunschweig as they are a nice little club with history and culture, while Wolfsburg, well, not even talking about the club, the TOWN was founded in the 1930s by you know who.

Then on the other hand, Bundesliga has far too many nice little clubs with history and culture and a couple of nouveau rich plastic clubs might not be bad for the overall level.
If VWolfsburg go down, their corpse will be scavenged and players like Gustavo and Gomez will be there for the taking.

So I'm not very passionate about this one. I can live with either result.

2nd leg in braunschweig is next Tuesday.

Time to shit on BVB's defending, but no word on Vallejo getting ruined by Dembele for the 0:1

hmm

Pulisic has had an unbelievable season too. Huge talent.

it was Messi vs Boateng, when the dribble is too good, you can't do anything

First trophy win ever for Tuchel. (If we don't count his two league titles as U19 coach)
