Cancelo, a fullback on an unfamiliar LB position cuts inside for a brilliant cross for Mandzukic to bully his way for a header that shoots past a unsurpringly mobile Handanovic.

Cancelo is alarming in how good he has been becoming. Any coach would love to have a FB with his traits.

Would have been better to bring on Bernadeschi despite the long lay off given he establishes control and passes well in comparison to Costa who gets tunnel vision in his runs.

Despite my general dislike for him, there cannot be any reasonable doubt that Chiellini is comfortably the best pure centreback in the world.
