I watched the 2nd day and tbh I greatly enjoyed it.

The first guy (Pete Dunne) was *bleep* amazing and the best heel I have seen in a long time and definitely will be signed.

The other guy was probably the most baby-faced guy I have seen since Bryan lmao.

I would agree that look wise that some of them are very vanilla but storytelling and psychology wise they were both brilliant.

No idea what they are like on the mic but it didn't feel they were vanilla character wise at all especially Pete Dunne.

Talking about the finalists BTW, a couple of others I saw definitely were vanilla and i didn't watch the first day so i wouldn't be surprised if there was some vanilla guys there too tbh.

I'm happy for Rollins tbh, his character has been completely in limbo due to HHH not appearing and thus there's no investment in anything he does.

They committed character assassination with him, so hopefully they can pick up some sort of momentum going into Wrestlemania.

As of right now nobody actually cares i'd imagine.

Not happy. IMO he should have gone next year. This means that he will probably not appear in the Rumble (almost certainly).

I think he probably would never wrestle & would be an on screen character. I would have liked to see a Kurt Angle match. They are bringing a washed up Goldberg from the grave so Kurt Angle couldn't be worse. But anyways nice to hear that theme music.

Omega isn't coming in RR, he has a contract through Jan & I think he will re-sign with NJPW.

KO once again teasing a swerve on Jericho when the latter talks about winning the Rumble.

I'm looking at two scenarios here :

KO loses his belt against Reigns, gets very upset. Jericho lasts a long time at the Rumble and seeing his friend doing good at the Rumble , he comes out and eliminates Jericho by himself and takes out all tge frustration on him.

Second scenario : KO retains the belt somehow. Jericho lasts at the Rumble till the end where there are about 3-4 guys left. KO sees that and with the reason of not wanting to face his friend at the Rumble, he comes out and eliminates him.

I've already given up on the fact that KO-Jericho won't be a match for the Universal belt so I sense that the first scenario sounds more plausible if we're talking about an ideal booking scenario.

I'm interested to see where they are going with Sami tbh, if they wanted to they could have buried the *bleep* out of him with this Strowman stuff but they haven't.

I was concerned for a while as coming out of the Owens feud he wasn't in anything substantial and pretty much no character.

At least that isn't the case atm and I maybe deluded but I feel like they are setting up a strong Rumble showing for him.

Apparently Shane is going to kick off Smackdown tonight with a supposed big announcement.

The very premise of this scares the shit out of me.

A. He's going to announce he's going to be in the Rumble in 2017.

B. It's the start of an angle which will lead into Wrestlemania

C. Both

None of that is a good thing.
