It's a good game. Try Life is Strange though Freeza since you like Riverdale, I get LiS vibes from Riverdale and you also like the whole cinematic experience. Really good narrative based game.

Skyrim is good too but you would lose your life for weeks, this is all on PC right? I hear it's amazing on PC with mods

I mean I literally get every single game I want on release but if they show that this service will be on par with the EA Vault (which I shit on prior to its launch but has been very good and now I want it to come to PS4 lol) I'd hold off on buying certain games and just get PS Now

I don't care about my life. I am on PC.
Just started episode 1 of Life is Strange on you and M69's recommendation. Seems very weird so far.

They didn't say(said more later basically lol), in theory it sounds great but i'd wait to see on price and games they are going to support it with.

General Games Discussion - Page 30 Nier-new_w1010

Has anyone else on here gotten Nier:Automata? I've only just started playing it, but I'm loving it so far. It has the same metascore as Horizon Zero Dawn, but a higher user score. You gonna accept that, Mole? hmm

Some people are even claiming it's a GOAT contender.

Put simply, NieR: Automata is one of the greatest games ever made. This is a possible GOTY for sure. I say this even as someone who has been spending a lot of time playing Zelda: BOTW.

Why not, people are entitled to their opinions. Just like I can accept people thinking Zelda is a 10 lol.

Although I should say that for all games until they are moderated properly, user scores are absolutely meaningless.

Dunno why you'd think I'd see it otherwise anyway, I have said countless times that the demo was fantastic lol.

I would take some of the user Nier reviews cautiously. They have extreme fanboys from Drakenguard and the first Nier. That said, it looks great. I'll get it soon-ish.

I'm still with Nioh which is honestly GOAT. I like it more than the later Dark Souls for sure. I have no idea how the *bleep* @Firenze beat it so fast. I must have at least 60 hours on it, I'm in the last region so it won't take so much longer. There is still NG+ which is supposed to be great too.

I've seen Nier's gameplay about 3 times now and it just doesn't sit well with me. Obviously it's just me and many loves this type of gameplay.

Maybe at some point in life but not gonna get it this year.

Unless GL hype obv.

Nier looks horrific, I have watched streamers play for a few hours at various parts of the game now

aint nobody got time for any of that

also might be the weirdest game of all time and has a shocking worse than ffxv lvl open world

probably took me 40-50 hrs to do amost everything but like I say, once I got dem sloth talismans I walked through the entire game, NG+ is the same content you can just get green tier loot (I farmed the mission on the bridge killing revenants for like 2 hours and got basically every single divine armor and weapon in the game lol)

Nioh and Horizon but had a similar amount of content, really worth the money

The first few months of this year have been pretty damn amazing for game releases. I've loved every single game I've played. I'll pick up NioH after I've played through Persona.. and possibly ME.

From what I hear, there's little to no relation between Andromeda and the previous games in the series.

Persona

Yeah, I'm not familiar with the Persona franchise, but I'll probably get Persona 5. Already downloaded the background theme for my console. Pretty funky tune hmm

I'm usually put off by games that have an anime-esque theme, and Persona 5 definitely has that. But I'm going to step out of my comfort zone and try it out. The series seems to have a pretty hardcore fan following.
