Didn't even know this kind of poll was going on, they probably notified only Juventus fans. Reminds me of 2015 Puskas award where some obscure and random goal from never heard player beat the "goal of the century"- goal in Spanish cup final, just because Brazilian transgender community had a mass online orgy at the time.

This is a lifetime achievement award. Obviously people like Buffon, Totti, Kaka, Eto'o, Giggs etc will win it. Not sure why you are concerned Harmonica. Messi will probably get it when he is 32.

i personnaly voted more than 330,000 times (you only have to refresh the page if you want to vote again)

my friend Giorgio from the pizzeria did the same so maybe this had an influence on the results

Just keeping it real, I actually like Buffon and have nothing against him winning personally, just that fair football is currently stolen from the fair people so a little outbursts never hurts.

Only because Messi didn't win, you shouldn't make inappropriate slurs like the transgender one. As a matter of fact, if these people chose a great goal by an otherwise unknown player, it rather shows they actually have taste and don't go for a famous name only :coffee:

Even Brazilian fans admitted that there was a campaing at the time in Brazil, the biggest football nation in the world, never mind the actual fairness. That's the best example how online polls are easy to manipulate. Media corporations like this "Golden" Foot, can just bomb certain community to get more of relative votes, and sell then what ever results they want.

Such insecurity from Harmonica.

Upset that an almost retired player won a life-time achievement award over his idol who probably has 10 more years in his legs.

P.S: Cristiano Ronaldo would probably win this before Messi (since he is older) so try and not get a heart attack then.
