Re: Premier League Top 7 this season
Liverpool and Chelsea will do well this season. They can focus solely on the league. And seeing how stacked Pool are in attacking dept I can see them murdering teams with pace and pressing even more than how they did last season. Chelz under the tactician Conte will challenge for the title where as Pool will finish in top4 pipping Pep's Chitti.

7. Leicester
Surprised how many people have us in the top four tbh.
Also believe Leicester have enough attacking quality with Musa, Mahrez, Grey, Okazaki and Vardy to finish high up the table again, but I can't see their defence being as good as last year's.

Probably because you finished 2nd last season
Don't subscribe to the feeling that you will challenge for the title realistically but you'll be top 4 lol.

That is not the real reason. Just that they will have better team chemistry, settled lineup compared to other big teams who are transitioning and making mass changes. I still think they'll sign a good striker and maybe another defender. Thats all they need atm.

If they sign a good striker and a good defender, they can be crowned champions. Congrats Arsenal!

Chelsea
MCity
MU
Arsenal
Tottenham
Liverpool
idk
Chelsea's got the Juve DNA now, and no CL either so this should be pretty straightforward.

Re: Premier League Top 7 this season
We got 2nd last year because of Spurs' terrific bottle job For those last two months we were horrible.
I just see about five or six teams now that will be better coached than we will. Sure, our team is settled but it's also flawed, and you'll see those flaws come out when we face the big teams.

The problem with Arsenal is wenger takes to long to fix a problem. For years we been saying they need a good DM player. Wenger only just signed one. For 2 years we been saying Arsenal need a good striker how long will wenger make the fans wait for one.

G-Rude is as good as anyone Arsenal could realistically sign IMO (besides Rooney)

Re: Premier League Top 7 this season
They won't sign those players though
They never do, besides Spurs bottling it is quite irrelevant as they always do
Top 4 will be Chelsea, Two Mancs and Arsenal. The rest are mere pretenders.

Re: Premier League Top 7 this season
Not sure why BC said Wanyama was an improvement on Dembele when Dembele was arguably Spurs best player when playing last season
Problem is his injuries and his suspension for four games. Otherwise Dembele is brilliant. Spurs are chasing some kid named Nakooodooooo also (ask sports) as well. I'd expect one more signing, two max from Spurs.

Re: Premier League Top 7 this season
Wanyama is meh. Alright for depth which is what I imagine he was signed for. Don't know much about Jannsen but Eredivisie so skeptical as f. Did they sign any CB this summer? Imagine they need another? Spurs aren't pretenders IMO. Unreal bottle job at the end of the season which I'd attribute to a young squad. Think they will have learned from it. They will be competing for the title again IMO.

Re: Premier League Top 7 this season
Last year is irrelevant when it comes to teams like Leicester and Spurs lol.
Most of the teams were so bad that it can't be compared, the differences Conte and Guardiola will make and the investment Man Yoo has made means they won't finish top 4.
