We currently have 6.7M for the summer transfer budget. If the Chinese preliminary deal is agreed (and isn't delayed AGAIN), they will put in 15M for this summer, as the deal won't be fully finalized until October. Add 30M from the Bacca sale and we are left with:

51.7M

I'd be really furious if we sign Arbeloa. We are pretty stacked in the FB department and it's not like Arbeloa has shown himself decent as a CB. Galliani must be clueless if he thinks Arbeloa would strengthen us in anyway

They mostly need:

A starting CF (unless they make Gabbiadini the starter, in which case they need a back up CF).
A RW to bench/rotate with Callejon.
A RB for depth.
A CM (most likely for depth).
Instead of a RW, there has been talk of an AM and switching systems, so thats an option.

They also have extra cash on top of the 90mill since they havent spent much.

Borriello for CF
Krasic for RW
Grygera for RB
Felipe Melo for CM

They might have some cash left over so maybe add Amauri on the bench for cover...
