Did your life get better or worse? (Dont mean financial)
I cant enjoy playstation or go to night clubs anymore. Watering trees in backyard is more enjoyable to me. I wonder what happened

Wtf
20 years old, barely hit the puberty, doesn't enjoy PlayStation and disco, enjoys watering plant.
Seems legit.

I too am sexually aroused by trees. If that's what you'd like to know. You're not alone.

Oh snap i think i've mixed that title with a different game. I mean, I was thinking about some other game but that title was stuck in my head for some reason.
Can't get the other title to my head now, of course...

I'm still using my Xbox 360 honestly. Every time I see myself going to buy a PS4,Xbox One, or even WiiU I stop and ask whats the point. Games are not really as fun as they use to be, and that is probably mostly because I have grown into an age in the past 5 years where I am no longer the key demographic(from early to mid 20's). You start to realize the basic economics behind it. EA releases the same game every year. Put a new stick of paint on it, but its almost always the same thing. The same scripting you had in FIFA 2011(5 years ago) is present now. Call of duty, a game I would run home to play 5 years ago, is pretty much the same thing every year. Even RPGS are remaking themselves. Its a destructive cycle now.

Playing the wrong games tbh, If you just play sports and CoD you are natural to feel that way.
There's plenty of games designed for people my age and above though which are far from the same. 2015 was probably my favourite year in a long, long time and i'm 26
With that said though, it's still probably a good idea you don't as i could/should be doing better and more productive things with my spare time.

Yeah 2015 was great for games. I enjoy them more the older I am. There's a lot of mature rated games. Witcher is probably the best single player gaming experience I've ever had.
Mole stop, there's not anything better to do with your time imo.

I think I just grew out of the Gamer demographic honestly. I think I was even in the thread posting at the last E3 where people were reacting to the internet losing its collective mind over Final Fnatasy 7 getting a remake on a major system. I mean I played this game 15 years ago. I beat this game 14 years ago, and it was a classic oldie then. Square Enix really wasting resources on that?
Obviously something has changed for me
I got Splatoon for my little sister on Christmas though, and I do find the concept behind it enjoyable. If I do get a system it would be a WiiU for that.

@Betty
Tbh it's different tastes, not too bothered about FF7 but there's plenty of stuff i am interested in and most of it isn't really the same old demographic IMO.
That's the thing about games in the last couple of years, the demographic has changed a little bit. There's more games about storytelling from an adult point of view than there is the games we all grew up with.
My taste has changed significantly over the last 5 years, if it didn't i probably would have packed it in as the games i play now are nothing like the games i played between the ages of 4 years old to my late teens.
Not trying to change your opinion btw, just that i disagree that everything is all the same.

As far as adult goes do you mean games like Fallout and that sort? I never got into those so that might be a big part of it. Games seemed more pure when we were kids. It all changed when Sega went bust. They were the creative anchor of sony and Nintendo. They gave us the Space Channel 5's, and the Jet Set Radios, and even the shenmue they changed the game. Sony and Nintendo use to have to strike a balance with this. It isn't present like this anymore as you mentioned. We grew up during the golden age of gaming.
