I wish there were more interesting characters among players and managers. There are some, like Suarez, Ibrahimovic, Klopp, Guardiola, Mourinho, Van Gaal, Sir Alan Pardew...

Characters that were interesting because they were either funny, controversial, peculiar, passionate... Footballers are pretty bland nowadays. I'd like to have more players who talk trash about their opponents and are cocky towards them x)
