Yes, I agree. Easily better.
But Bayern DNA is the same ffs.
Since 1999.
I don't trust really tbh
They suffer the Italian teams too
Well, they're German

Bayern pressing was so effective in the first half, Max has to do something about that in the 2nd leg...

I'm with Robes here tbh, also while it is likely Bayern will win i don't think it's gonna be one of those usual 4 or 5 goal blowouts.
On a different note i thought Ribery looked good when he came on since he's been away from the game longer than prime Lippi
Can still deliver extremely high quality crosses at least.

I'm only at the 60 min mark now so I don't know what they did to collapse and concede 2, but on the basis of the first hour they should be seen as favorites not just for this tie but the whole tournament.
I agree.
And infact Inter and Milan fans, if Juve knocks out the Bayern , they win the Champions League at San Siro.

I'd like for the winner of this tie to win the cup. Dont wanna see Barca lift it again, and don't think any other team can do it.

Yeah tbh it's a shame this was a R16 tie, would've been nice as a semi final or even the final.

Re: Juventus Vs Bayern München (CL 2015/16)
Good result, but very dissapointing after how the game went.
First 60 minutes among the best I've seen us play as a team.
A spectacle. A demonstration.
Individually, Lewandowski for example not so much. He was weak.
The 1:2 gave Juve momentum, and they were the better team for 20 minutes.
Ultimately, both goals conceded were down to Kimmich not actually being a defender.
Apart from that, he played fantastically.
Don't complain about Allegri, he made the draw possible with his changes.
As for what happened before, don't blame it on Allegri either, it was because we are in fact that much superior.
We come to your home and you don't get to keep the ball for 5 seconds.
You can't get out of your own half.
We make you look like amateurs lol.
We are just better at football than you are. Nothing to be ashamed of.
All in all, more proof that Pep is a once in a generation coach.
However, I must notice an absolutely atrocious refereeing performance.
Juve only one yellow card
Mandzukic and Cuadrado surviving the game without being booked
It's a bad joke. It's a scandal tbh. Manzukic, as always, should have been off. Not even booked ffs.
They started kicking and the ref didn't protect us. He lost control of the game. PL clown.
Anyway. Way easier than I thought.
You satisfied, Robes?

Re: Juventus Vs Bayern München (CL 2015/16)
Pep Guardiola praised Juventus, Leonardo Bonucci and claimed Bayern Munich playing so well “is one of the most special days of my career.”
The Germans were 2-0 up after an hour and totally dominated possession in Turin, but Juve fought back for a 2-2 draw that leaves the Champions League tie alive.
“To come here and play the way we did against Juventus is one of the most special days of my career,” said the Coach in his Press conference and on Mediaset Premium.
“It was a great Champions League game between two excellent teams. I am satisfied with the performance of my players.”
Guardiola opted to drop Xabi Alonso, instead playing Arturo Vidal in front of the defence.
“Arturo played the last two games very well. Physically he is very strong. We needed a player with his characteristics back there. Naturally I was not afraid, because I know his character and it was my decision.
“Juventus had three shots and scored two goals, but you cannot think of coming to this marvellous stadium in Turin and not conceding. We couldn’t think of coming here and dominating or winning 7-0.
“I know people always talk about the result, but Bayern put in a great performance and the result isn’t everything.
“It’s true Juve have a chance of qualifying, but so do we. I complimented Max Allegri after the game, as people enjoyed themselves watching this tonight.”
The tactician denied there was a collapse in fitness levels as the game wore on.
“If there was a drop in fitness levels, you don’t attack the way we did in the last 15 minutes. Fitness levels are one of the most important things in this country, but it doesn’t matter at all. It’s an individual issue.
“Did you really think we could come here and expect to dominate for 90 minutes against a side with Pogba, Mandzukic, Morata, Bonucci – one of my favourite ever players – Buffon and all these characters?
“There are some regrets considering the way we played that we didn’t win, but this is football. We are a team with many young players and will learn for the future.
“We’ll see how we are in three weeks and play another great game against Juventus.”
Are Bayern distracted by Guardiola’s announcement he will be joining Manchester City next season?
“I don’t know, you’d have to ask them, but it seems to me as if they ran hard. We kept the ball and tried to attack as well as possible.”

Have to say too that I'm very, very proud of Pep that he didn't go for the safe line up.
Keeping Costa-Müller-Robben-Lewa all in and not playing both of Vidal and Alonso was what I wanted him to do, not what I expected.
Glad he decided to go for it. Fantastic performance, great game.

Are you saying Lewa was bad Hans? apart from Robben he was your best attacker IMO his link up play was fantastic and allowed Bayern to create chances which wasn't possible otherwise.

Re: Juventus Vs Bayern München (CL 2015/16)
I didn't say he was bad, but that he was weak.
He played well overall but was weak in front of goal and with final passes.
Müller on the contrary, was playing dreadfully until his goal lol, then he was boss.
We should have been more dangerous in front of goal, we should have scored more. That's also Lewa's fault.
We should have won, of course.
All in all, fantastic game overall from us. I'm absolutely hyped about this team performance.
This is away at Juve we are talking about after all.

I 'd ve signed for it before of match ,, as I said Juve is unbeatable at their stadium (and infact....2-2 ) and us with no defence ... , but after being 0-2 in 60 minutes with control of match and expecially, after having overplayed for a hour ffs never believe to tie.
I felt it was like City-Bayern 1-3 in October 2013
Anyway it'd be enough to replicate this performance in 2nd leg to pass.
At least there is no risk to underrate Juve ( you can't do it with top italian teams, 2007 vs milan and 2011 vs inter..) with this result that means opened qualification .
We can't do it because they're die hard.

No.
You don't get respect from me for a performance like that.
Being completely outplayed at home, taken apart, and then managing to scrape and fight back to a 2:2.
Or do you think that is a good result for you? It's not, even if it flatters your performance.
You don't get fake respect, out of pity, or for lip service.
You're not Arsenal, or Roma.
I don't have to go easy on you so you don't kill yourself.
You're a top team, with top players and a top manager.
If we come to your stadium and the game looks like it did, I will be arrogant and call you out for it.
Can't wait for the return leg, too
What an entertaining game tonight

But why Kimmich on defence ?
He looks like one of less adapt players for this role
Vidal >>> at that point
and infact on 1-2 ffs
I don't have idea if he performed in Bundesliga on defence, but probably other clubs can't even create chances against Bayern

Re: Juventus Vs Bayern München (CL 2015/16)
Great game.
Allegri should've scouted how Pep's Barca played against Madrid. Whenever Madrid tried to pass its way through the super dense midfield setup of Pep's, we were a turnover machine. We only became successful with Mou and Carlo (not Pep's team by then but similar style) when we packed it low and counter attacked over the top until around the 65th minute when, very logically, Pep's team couldn't sustain that level of pressure and allowed space for passing through the midfield. The only variable here was that, under Carlo, we'd test how we matched up in the first 10 mins of the game and, if we held our own, we didn't sit back. We went ahead and executed our post 65 min attack from the beginning. But when we looked overmatched, we packed it in to start.
The idea is to stay even or, at worse, 1 goal behind until that 65 min mark and then turn it on if you can't compete in the midfield area.
There is a blueprint out there. No need to reinvent it.
Juve showed a lot of character coming back from 2-0... but it never should have been 2-0 to begin with.

Haven't smoked a cigarette in close to 2 months now.
Thought I was doing ok, but it's gotten pretty bad again last couple of weeks. It comes in waves, and it takes forever.
Tonight in the pub was a real, tough test, much tougher than what Bayern's players had to face tbh

The point of my post is that until the intensity lowers invariably by a Pep team, the space is over the top not through the middle.

Robes PLS
Milan was our bete noire, we could never beat them. Pippo as devil incarnate. Frightening. They destroyed our spirit.
It's tragic they don't play CL now and we can never have revenge
Maybe Carlo joining us can bring some kind of closure.
Don't compare that to Inter 2011 please. That was something else.
Especially stupid, especially farcical. Most annoying defeat I've ever witnessed.
Annoying because we outplayed Inter at will, but van Gaal cannot keep a lead. He just can't. He's an idiot.
The 2:3 against Inter 2011 meant van Gaal had to go.
IMPOSSIBLE to not go through, after 2:1 at half time.
IMPOSSIBLE.
Even Inter players, Chivu and the guy with the helmet, were laughing silly, in disbelief after the game.
I remember their faces.
They could not believe themselves they went through after being so shit and inferior.
to lose the final 2010 against a strong Inter, and THEN LOSE against a weak Inter like that, when it was so easy to have revenge.
Impossible. 'Strong Italian team'. Robes pls.
2010, yes. 2011 you were a joke, only we were a bigger one.
