I'd love to win but I am not sure it'll happen, at best, we'll get a draw.

I'm not so sure this is a 'must win' game. Sure a win would do our confidence loads of good, but even if we were playing at our usual level, with Spurs well, well in form themselves right now, we'd be looking at this as a very tough game.

A win would put you right back in the top-4 race, imo. But I'm not sure which result I'd prefer here, on one hand Tottenham are 4 points ahead of us and you 6 behind before this round, but in the long run we still might have an easier task to finish above Tottenham than you. Not sure.

What does Remy have to do to get a start?

Be halfway useful? He's hardly set the world alight in the chances he's gotten this season.

Although I do think it speaks volumes about how Mourinho rates our striking options/strikeforce as a whole that he'd sooner play an already underperforming Hazard out of position than start one of our bench strikers.

Remy's wife was (going) in labour, that's the reason he wasn't in the squad.

We did better than I expected us to. Going in the right direction but still a way's from being where we need to be yet.

Excellent performance.
Chelsea dominated and even destroyed Tottenham.
Very satisfied with everything in terms of performance and effort put.
Costa's attitude is becoming worse and worse.
He should be dropped and sold by January.
It has reached a point where it's either him or Mourinho, and I dont believe things can go back to normal between this pair anymore.

Re: Premier League - Spurs vs Chelsea
With this type of performance, no one can beat chelsea, but then again, chelsea can beat no one.
they have to sort out the striking issues.
How to improve further:
Drop Hazard back to number 10, insert Remy forward.
This is a temporary fix.
How to become elite?
Bring in two technical strikers; one who is capable of playing as a poacher but still possess the technical abilities of costa (but with discipline and work rate), Cavani, Zlatan, and another pure technical striker.
Play Hazard as number 10. Allow the guy to express himself in this position. It's the position he finds himself in.
Screw defending. When you have a player of the caliber of Hazard; the team should play to his strengths. The team should protect him and put that little extra effort to defend on his behalf and allow him to utilize his strength and stamina in the creative areas he possess.
the only player who can perform as a better number 10 is Willian. He's as good in dribbling as Hazard though he plays the safe balls, very good vision, shooting skills, work rate, passing, defending. Willian is the most intelligent player I have seen in a long long time. In fact to keep it simple, he is the most intelligent player I have seen play personally.
Oscar, Fabregas are not good enough to carry the team into uncharted territories.
Then comes Matic and Pedro; they are good as subs but not starters.
