It's also irrelevant even if you catched more games than me. Your 2nd paragraph sums up why watching games and players regularly still leaves you out of touch with reality. Laughing

Oh, but you watch U-19, U17, U-15, U-13 and so on games too? Good for you.

Still, my second paragraph is a completely testimony to reality, if you cared to watch Barça's dream teams games today (which you probably haven't watched as you were 1-5 years old when the dream team), you'd see how poor the technical level was compared to nowadays.

I don't watch anything below the B team even if I could. That's a pointless exercise. Shining in the Segunda is far from a guarantee to make it in the first team let alone shining at kid's level like U-15. It's like trying to evaluate if an elementary school kid can get a Ph.D. in mathematics. So even if you follow these levels I doubt you are truly knowledgable about it by just watching with your own eyes. Lots of kids dribble 10 players at that level and a few years later are never heard of again.

I won't further go into the Stoichkov debate. You're comparing a Ballon d'Or, European Golden Shoe, World Cup Golden Shoe winner with ... Pedro. Really a pointless debate. If you think the average player from today is as great as the great players of the 90s then that's okay. I obviously disagree but it can be your opinion. Off-topic anyway.

Pedro is not average, we are talking about a 99 goals scored for Barça, perfect cabinet winner as starter player here. He's good, although past it.

Stoitchkov was one of the best european players of his day, but he wasn't one of world's best as his golden ball would suggest as South American players were the best but were not included in the trophy. The lame Gica Hagi was considered as one of the best in Europe.

Anyway, we know that you always think you are right and better than everybody else, so no point in debating, especially considering that you have probably watched at most 3 games from Stoichkov in your life.

Edit: It will seem like I dislike Stoichkov when it's the opposite, I admire him and was my first idol. But the quality of football has improved so much that I don't think any footballer from the dream team would be a starter for today's Barça (maybe Nadal, and Stoitchkov before signing Neymar and Suarez).

Got feeling that players passed awful balls to Samper, Alves did it like 3 times a row in one instance, either in front or behind every time. It's completely random line-up so I wouldn't read too much to it.
