Orton needs a deserved break. He's done everything he can at this point and has nothing left to achieve.

Only thing I can think of right now is possibly a two man power trip angle with Cena, both as heels.

Why can't the WWE just go all out and have goat faction, where Bray has Taker/Kane by his side, along with a heel Ambrose. Instead we have these jobber factions.

A new WWE Fan Council survey is asking fans to compare the WWE NXT product to the main roster product, and was done to get feedback on both brands. It asked questions about what fans liked and disliked about the products and left space for fans to write feedback. They were also seeking feedback on how much money fans spend on each brand.

One questions asked fans to select which terms described NXT and then the main roster: Energy, Authentic, Hardcore, Fantastical, Unique, Hokey, Excitement, Dangerous, Wrestling, PG-rated, Shocking, Quality, Technique, Wholesome, Fun, Unpredictable, In-Ring Action-Driven, Social, Action, Nostalgic, Mindless, Giving Promos, Intense, Passion, Old School, Imaginative, Safe, Success, Family friendly, Potential, Story-Driven, Younger, Cutting Edge, Real, Simple, Fast Paced, Mainstream, Traditional, Gritty

They also asked if NXT or the main WWE product did a better or equal job at the following points:

* Being amazed
* Being amused
* Being entertained
* Feeling part of a large group of passionate fans
* Getting an appropriate amount of surprises
* Getting the right mix of unique characters
* Having a great show to watch with family
* Having a great show to watch with friends
* Hearing compelling dialogue/promos
* Seeing a wide variety of Divas
* Seeing a wide variety of Superstars
* Seeing enough of my favorite Divas

For what it’s worth, F4Wonline.com indicates that there may be significant creative changes beginning on tonight’s WWE RAW. Details were sketchy but it sounds like there may be changes due to the survey WWE recently issued asking fans to compare WWE NXT with the main roster.

Dave Meltzer reported on today’s installment of Wrestling Observer Radio that tonight’s episode of RAW should be a very interesting one. Wile not saying exactly what, Meltzer said that he has been told there will be some “changes” on tonight’s show.

We’ve noted how Bubba Ray Dudley teased an “extreme brother” appearing on tonight’s WWE RAW to help The Dudley Boyz and Tommy Dreamer battle The Wyatt Family, presumably leading to an eight-man match at WWE TLC on Sunday.

Bubba tweeted the following this evening, apparently teasing The Sandman for tonight’s RAW:

I miss guys like Batista, Edge, Jericho, Punk, HBK, prime HHH, Taker, Bryan, Jeff Hardy, Eddie, JBL, Booker T, prime Orton, Angle, Mysterio etc.

A lot of those guys were actually allowed to express themselves and benefited from better booking than the shit they're serving up now, and the brand split which helped build actual stars with sustainable presence. I mean, could you imagine that Jericho/HBK feud happening now? Or Edge not getting the Rollins treatment? Would Eddie or Mysterio even be given the world title in this era?

I don't think the current roster is even that bad, but their talent is just being wasted by a creative team that doesn't know how to build compelling characters and storylines, and a company that's determined to overexpose its favourites (Cena, Reigns) and underexpose the people fans actually want to see (Ambrose). They messed up the talent transition big time by pandering to the same guys over and over and not taking the time to develop new talent, and now they're paying for it big time.

As far as I'm concerned, WWE is dead.
