Re: Who are those young talented coaches coming up?
In Germany we have a couple of young coaches who are given a chance at the moment:
- Dortmund's Thomas Tuchel (42)
- Schalke's André Breitenreiter (42)
- Gladbach's interim coach André Schubert (44)
- Hertha's Pál Dárdai (39)
- Augsburg's Markus Weinzierl (40)
Leverkusen's Roger Schmidt (48) and Mainz's Martin Schmidt (48) actually aren't that young anymore.

Whenever I watch his interviews, or see him talk about football, he sounds like the next Cruyff. But some of his transfer decisions and management leaves me baffled at times.
So hot and cold.

You have to put Leonardo Jardim in there without even a second's thought.
I also feel that Ligue 1 is a great place for young players, but very tough for young coaches. Why? they don't take a chance on young coaches often because they want someone who has made his mark working with youth-filled teams in the lower divisions since Ligue 1 teams rely on their youth. Most new coaches are in their late 40s or 50s as a result. Very few exceptions.

Nice mention on Eusebio Di Francesco, Devi
But yeah like most said, its Sousa and Sarri in Serie A atm, Maran deserves an honorable mention though it remains to be seen if his fake form will continue

judging by the way most people here exude such unwavering confidence when discussing football tactics and seem to think they know better than experienced professional coaches, i'd say Half of GL is coming up .

Sarri has only been in serie A for 3 years, I think we can call him 'young' in coaching terms

Sarri is almost 60 .. Ventura did these things for years and years, he is a very good manager for an average reality .. probably two years ago some 'd said Delio Rossi.. Allegri is as saying Mancini more or less . Di Francesco is legit name
