Ffs man 4-4-2 diamond is so easy to create with if you do 1-2's with the front 3 and make runs off of whichever one is static I.E my any controlled pro.

I do it with 3 shitty overall 6 players

We were shit after the first couple games. After that loss to the team with 7 people we just lost all confidence lmao. Their pressing was insane, their passing game was perfect and they defend as a team.

After me & Tom called out to do the same we were dominating them but it was too late.

Still got lots of work to do but it's only division 6 so we gonna keep improving & adapting.

Thing with pressing on pro clubs this year is that you can only effectively press from the first minute till 60th.

And you have to score at least 2 goals within that period unless you are great at defending 1-0s.

If the opponent scores first, and we are pressing like mad, it creates counter attacking opportunities for the other team like we saw last night with huge amount of space behind.

It was the last time I'll play out wide though. I just don't know how to play as a winger since I can't dribble and I keep coming inside.

You can press and track till 80-90 min ish if you use it right. I pressed when the others were forcing the opponent to my area. Otherwise I was jogging, waiting for a mistake then press.

Tracking back should be done from everyone even the striker. Defend as a unit, attack as a unit.
