I know it is just 2nd matchday but Sunderland are going to relegate imo. They saved last year simply  because Burnley and QPR (they believed to save with Chris Raamsey as coach ) .
A team who believes Yamn M'Vila is worthy to be an EPL starter lol I preferred Kuzmanovic 100 miles times  than him last year.
Joey Barton is better than him
I hope it will happen though , they don't want to pay us Ricky Alvarez*, ridicolous club

*the big fall from grace

How many goals has KANE scored in his last 10 PL games? Found out already? Looked poor in the U21 Euros as well.

Lukaku is a better talent imo.

Jenkinson was atrocious at RB during the whole game, lucky he didn't get a red for kicking Okazaki in the head and opening his skull up, he was better at GK than he was at RB tbh.

So does about 3 people on the bench lol, i'm fully supportive of what McClaren is trying to do from a tactical and style of play point of view but eventually he needs to make better decisions as it attains to personnel.

I don't blame him so far though, but eventually if he still makes the wrong personnel decisions i will do.

Why did you change it from 15 games to 10 PL games? And why ten PL games? Why not 20 or 30 or 2? And Lukaku being a better talent is odd considering I'm not sure if either is better than the other. Unless scoring two goals today cancels out anything Kane did last season.

Anyway, just feel Kane maybe another James Beattie but who knows.

Looks more like McClaren is giving as many chances to the likes of obertan and anita to impress before kicking them off permanently.

Still think Newcastle needs a quality CM.

DM tbh, Wijnaldum is a quality CM IMO. He's just wasted as an AM.

We need a lot of things tbh, but it would help if we actually pick half of the players on our bench who are better than the starters. Laughing

Realizing that you're just trolling but would like to at least comment about how fantastically well rounded Kane's game is besides scoring and it showed in this game. Provides an outlet, is an aerial threat and does win the ball and hold the ball up well up top, and more than that is that Kane isn't exactly an out and out striker and you can see it in his passing and technical skill--he would thrive playing behind a CF as well. He had a terrific ball that Xavi or Messi would have been proud of to Ryan Mason who didn't score only due to a fantastic save from Butland, and he provided a superb ball to Ben Davies for the assist to the assist (and it was the better ball of the two by far).

This is after a delightful flick over the Man U defense that Eriksen should have scored in the first game.

The guy is as good a provider and has been so far this season as he is a finisher. How awful did Spurs look as soon as he came off? I agree that Ireland coming on was just as crucial, but Spurs really missed Kane once he came off and it's clear he's Tottenham's best player by far.

The boy could score 10-15 goals this season and his overall contribution is one that would still make him Tottenham's best player and anybody that watches Spurs can see that quite clearly.

Did nothing of note when he came on but concede four fouls. I desperately want him to succeed at Spurs but concede it's best for everyone, and specifically Lamela, if he were to move away I think. He has been disappointing, but I still want Poch to give him a full season and the confidence that he's going to start every game.

As for Spurs fans, he's a scapegoat for the most part because he came in with big money and they wanted instant results. Those pos's would rather see that pleb Townsend playing I bet which really says it all.

Kane is a good player that does all the basics well but Lukaku is just flat out more talented & has a much higher ceiling.

I asked that question because although I think Kane will turn out to be a decent goalscorer ridiculous run he went on last season could well turn out to be a purple patch. Remember the El Sharaawy hype a few seasons ago?

He's more Sheringham (good PL player) than Shearer (world Class striker) imo. Btw, Kane being an above average passer is nothing new. He always attempts those risky balls, played an insane disguised pass to Mason against United last season.

Sheringham was infinitely more talented than Kane though, he had #10 skills despite being slow as *bleep*.

I agree tbh but didn't want to come across as a hater. One thing's for certain though, he's nowhere near prime Shearer. Saw clips of Shearer at Blackburn the other week & it was scary how good he was.
