Re: The Bundesliga Thread
To be fair, that was a legit penalty.
To be even more fair, I'm not sure that he couldn't have stayed on his feet.

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
But still it is a fact that even 50:50 decisions go always against Gladbach. I mean 10 (in words: TEN) penalties against them in 12 matches must be some lonely record...

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Naw. The refs hate them.
Oh, which reminds me, Ignjovski stomping on Raffael's foot of course wasn't seen by the ref either. That should have been a clear red for unsporting behaviour.

Yay!
1:2 now - Mo Dahoud scored the 2nd goal in only his 10th match in Bundesliga
1:3 - Raffael!
1:4 - André Hahn - finally a penalty FOR Gladbach!
1:5 - André Hahn
FT - Eintracht Frankfurt 1:5 Borussia M'gladbach

Maybe they just foul a lot in their own penalty box :hmm.rwo power wrote:But still it is a fact that even 50:50 decisions go always against Gladbach. I mean 10 (in words: TEN) penalties against them in 12 matches must be some lonely record...

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
Admittedly, they are sometimes not 100% clever in the box, but still - if there is a 50:50 situation, you can bet it is against Gladbach. Just as Granit Xhaka gets at least half of the yellows against him due to his reputation, too. ^^

What the f*ck happened after I left for the party?
I hate the Bundesliga, what the shit?!
Bloody BMG ruining my precious Eintrachts resurgence...

Re: The Bundesliga Thread
I'm sorry, Viva, but Eintracht Frankfurt played pretty much abysmal. The worst thing was that they decided to turn to hack'n'slay in the second half and tried to kick the Gladbach players off the pitch while they didn't manage to string any number of passes together.
One of the players should rightfully have gotten a red as he deliberately stomped on Raffael's foot, and as the referee obviously didn't see this, he might still be suspended by the DFB.
Actually, Gladbach could have scored even three more goals, and the one goal that Franfurt scored was a gift by Álvaro Dominguez and Yann Sommer - the former with his totally misplaced pass, and the second as he didn't reach that pass in time and the Frankfurt player (Castaignos?) gladly stumbled over Sommer's leg to get the penalty.
So the loss was actually fully deserved and could have been even worse.

4-0 Muller.
Pep really should try a CB partnership of Bernat-Rafinha and see if Bayern wins with that. Just to kill boredom
