I am trying to find machines higher level than me but no luck. Most are 1 level above and they are easy enough.

You should change difficulty to hard btw. More fun.

What level are you btw? I am Level 5

Mainly due to the gear I have but some of the bigger monsters destroy me in one or two hits.

I imagine the biggest you have faced is a saw tooth? Yeah I'm happy to see them now lol.

Lmao I'm such an idiot, had stuff from machines which you can sell which isn't used for crafting.

Just sold 3k worth and suddenly the gear they sell doesn't seem so expensive.

Just done a few Witcher like side quests, wouldn't say the quality is as high but there's depth to them, story and the inspiration and template being used is obvious.

Quite pleased and hopefully there's more to come.

Facial animations are really weird. Looks poorly done at times. Like plastic dolls talking lol.

When you see photo realism in games like Uncharted 4 and MGS5, you get spoiled. But they probably had a lot more budget too.

It's pretty standard fare when it comes to RPGS and cutscene facial animations tbh.

Aka not very good, Witcher 3 was on the high end for RPGs in that department and it was still bad compared to likes of Uncharted and MGS.

Did the sawtooth quest. Was pretty scary lol. So aggressive. Took him down easy enough though.

Yeah the aggression made me think I was never safe, he's pretty easy to avoid and being given fire arrows helps.

I just found out lol, not really hard to get parts for specific machines though.

Fighting one machine, fight leads into habitat of another machine which leads to another.

Ended up facing 3 at once, I only survived because I had shit tonnes of health potions.

Just started playing it, impressed so far. Graphics are incredible! Gonna binge play it on friday when I'm not knackered.

Also had a go at For Honor. Very good game.

These two are things I wouldn't have known.

Also scan machines if you can before a fight, let's you know weak points.

Aside from that it's just obvious stuff like craft a lot, so you can upgrade and stock up on ammo and health.

I'd also look at the skill tree and decide what you want and build towards it.

For early on stuff critical hit and gatherer is quite good.

There's a lot of good stuff but the game is quite generous in leveling up so just look at it general and decide what you want later on.

Mainly because some skills require earlier skills to unlock.
