This is really interesting to me. There was more rumours about him last summer and in the winter. Liverpool were supposedly following him, and since he has received time at striker for the Brazilian NT. Liverpool in with the secret swoop as their new striker?

Your about to sell De Gea who came from Atletico to Real. So you shouldn't have a problem with Pogba, whom you guys let go, ending up at City.

Pogba at City would be epic for the banter, whether or not he was a success. I hope it happens. Might as well take Evra with him to rub it in United's noses.

Yea if an Atleti born ddg dont give a damn about playing for their rivals, and even want to push that deal to go through, right blame the team who is selling the player than the player himself. Interesting logic.

And as for pogba well, we didnt let him go either. It was his decision to leave us by not signing a contract.

Even a child who understand basic economics can predict a team like city who is struggling to even fill their stadiums on match days and dont have a noteworthy fanbase outside England wont be able to buy 'freely' unless they sell. Simply because they cant generate enough revenue to balance their expenses.

K if you guys sell someone like aguero, then it could be possible. But lol otherwise how can city spend 100 mil this window let alone 120 mil on 2 players ?!

Manchester United have agreed a fee with Hoffenheim for forward Roberto Firmino, according to reports.

The Bundesliga outfit have agreed a €30m fee for the 23-year-old with United, with a deal to be sealed this month.

He's managed to score 32 goals the past two seasons, earning a place in the Brazil national squad.

The Brazilian international can play as a striker, and also in behind the forward as part of a pairing.
