sterling has already played with the best player he will ever play with. But time will tell.

When sterling had bad games and missed open goals for Liverpool everyone just said he is only young and is still learning. If he has a bad run of games at City and starts missing open goals people will forget the young player part and go right to calling him a big money flop. It will be a different type of pressure.

Either way you guys have massive advantage here which we didnt have last year.
Can monitor his performance in the copa and make a move for him if he does well.

Granted he played a lot of games for us but he was never really comfortable in the system lvg used. He did play a lot as a lone striker towards the end but by then the verdict was already out.

Will be immense if Jose can make him click again. Good for ya. Even As a 3rd choice striker, he should be getting game time cos of the flurry of fixtures.

I agree at this point it is low risk high reward situation for us. If the rumored pay cut is also true.

If he does well we buy him if not we decline the option. Also Mou system plays favorably to his style.

Costa and Remy were pretty injured prone this season so yeah he should a lot of playing time if those two miss the same amount of time.

Also rumors of Remy leaving, i think he wants more playing time somewhere else.

This is really interesting to me. There was more rumours about him last summer and in the winter. Liverpool were supposedly following him, and since he has received time at striker for the Brazilian NT. Liverpool in with the secret swoop as their new striker?
