You'll likely get wrecked otherwise lmao.

Re: Witcher 3 - Part 2
I went to the corner of each map in my last playthrough. Rejected by the game when there wasn't more land. Did all the question marks.
That took me 22 days according to witcher.
Won't go through that again.

What is it? you'll probably be able to buy it or at worse dismantle something else to make it.

Monster Hide.
I tried to buy it from a merchant or herbalist, they don't sell it (or at least I haven't found one who sells it).
To get it, I have to dismantle other types of hide and I can't find any just yet.

Level 24 I think atm, rocking the ursine bear school armour enhanced. I already accidentally found the diagrams for the last 2 upgrades, well the armour ones not the sword ones.

Doing it without the maps
I like how the Bear ones look but hate how it goes past your waist and it constantly moves in the wind
Prefer the tight fit of the cat armor (homo)

Re: Witcher 3 - Part 2
And yeah I had the quest layed out for the enhanced armour, went and done that all yesterday
But somehow I have the last 2 armour set diagrams already. Think it was when I went through a stage of looking for and killing everything that moved near '?' signs before I even knew wtf mastercrafted ursine was

I'm using the Cat (feline gear) as well.
I prefer the Bear gear, but I haven't seen how all the Griffin armour looks so I'm getting those now.

Re: Witcher 3 - Part 2
Griffin Superior and Mastercrafted look absolutely fantastic, only reason i prefer Cat is because it's light armor and it gives some advantages more suitable to my playstyle that Griffin doesn't.

Re: Witcher 3 - Part 2
I haven't actually put a single point in to the alchemy tree yet
Quen and sword perks >>>>>>>>>>>>>
Only one that I really want from Alchemy is more bomb slots to spam them but not worth the next 20 levels worth of perks
Next play through I guess i'll try to focus on crossbows, alchemy n shit

Thing is I haven't had a need to buff up on potions for like 12 levels, Constant dodging + Quen has allowed me to kill things way above my level anyway.

Re: Witcher 3 - Part 2
I would definitely say that how good the signs become there isn't really a need for anything else.
Not that they are not useful, but fully upgraded signs are fantastic. I do want to do a playthrough about combat though. Some of the shit you can looks awesome.
