Hakan Calhanoglu is still young and needs to improve his overall play. He rarely scores from normal play, even though his freekicks are a weapon (and funnily he is pretty useless with penalties - I guess there are not enough people between him and the goal then and the distance is too close XD).

But mind you, he just turned 21 this year, and he has ample time to become even better, and thus he should really stay at least two or so years at Bayer with Roger Schmidt who already taught him a lot.
