Greg Monroe just to move down 4 spots though? If they are planning on sticking to the triangle I would consider it. GM would be great as a C in the triangle. Then at 8 someone like Hezonja. I guess it depends on how much you like Mudiay or Russell.

Well deserved. Curry does that too often. He is constantly looking for the 4 point play.

As for the draft, it may sucks for the Knicks but it isnt all bad. A top 4 pick could really help them, so could the kind of deal dmize suggested.

Forgot Greg Monroe signed the QO last summer, he's a UFA. Knicks could just sign him outright if they wanted.

If the Knicks really do want to trade that pick I hope Ainge is trying to get it. Try to get Winslow or Caulie-Stein(we need a rim protector first but I love Winslow).

As for the Curry fine, he accentuated the contact a bit but contact was still there. Didn't think it deserved a fine personally.

But seriously I think the reason is there has always been a need to praise and highlight defence, because its more about effort than talent. The offensive players always get more money, more prestige (all star games etc) and I guess this is the leagues way of trying togive the defensive guys some shine.

There's tons of players in the league that though.. You wonder what the hell they do but they get playing time

He provides grit in the back court, works hard, can hit the 3.. I don't mind him tbh
