They wouldn't have used their money wisely anyways. This allows them to get their accounting in check so meh
That thin midfield doe next seasons clasico: Rakitic-Busquets-Roberto *troll*

Re: The Rivals Official Thread
Serves them right. Buying a ton of youngsters, all over the world, stick them in the youth team for a year or two, then claim they're from La Masia.
Barca's reputation really has gone downhill over the last few years- Quatar, Neymar & the underage kids.
Say what you will about Madrid, but at least we're somewhat transparent + Florentino is too smart to get caught

Re: The Rivals Official Thread
Top 6 in LaLiga is really close
1-Real 39 points (1 game in hand)
2- Barca 38 points
3- Atleti 38 points
4- Valencia 34 points
5- Sevilla 33 points (1 game in hand)
6- Villarreal 31 points
Wouldn't be surprised if Valencia joined the fight for the title. They have added depth to their team. Even Sevilla can
I wouldn't mind us giving up the Copa to focus on the league and CL. We already won it last year. We should let Barca and Atleti fight it out for it
Next LaLiga round is crucial, Barca v Atleti, us against Espanyol at home and Valencia away to Celta who are another tough team to beat. If the barca game ends in a draw and both us and our b team win then it will go a long way to possibly displacing both atleti and barca and instead make it a race between us and our b team. Tbf I dont mind them winning it if we didn't, they have a bunch of our former players and their coach is very classy
Next years representatives in CL: us, barca, valencia and atleti dat double spanish semi finals after atleti sort out bayern for us, valencia sort out chelsea and us and barca taking care of our ties

Re: The Rivals Official Thread
I bet Atleti will beat Barca. Barca are even worse than last year but hopefully it ends in a boring draw
We have some tough away games next half of the season that are absolutely key to possibly winning the oeague because the games we will struggle in are the games Atleti and Barca will too

Barca sack Zubizaretta & Puyol(?).
Zubi was expected, I imagine Enrique will get the boot at the end of the season too.
Its weird watching Barca go through this unstable period, as its usually us...I like it

Re: The Rivals Official Thread
Feel so good watching something from the sidelines not involving us
Everything is falling apart in that club. Messi is already tired of Lucho, this whole transfer nonsense with Zubi and co, Bartomeu resigning due to alleged fraud, their awful form, barca b in the relegation zone. What more could we ask for??
Also I know how Ronaldo has tantrums every once in a while but boy that midget is single handly destroying that club. Must be having his own version of a tantrum by refusing to attend trainings. When was the last time that happened with us if ever? Thank the lord we have a hardworker in our team and not a tyrant

Re: The Rivals Official Thread
Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti insists he is getting no pleasure from Barcelona’s current problems and suspects they will soon be back on track.
Luis Enrique has come under fire for his decision to grant Lionel Messi and Neymar an extended winter break only to leave them on the bench for Sunday’s 1-0 defeat at Real Sociedad.
Messi then missed training on Monday with suspected gastroenteritis – a development which gave further fuel to those who claim the Argentina superstar is currently unhappy with life at Camp Nou.
If that was not disruptive enough for Barca, director of football Andoni Zubizarreta was sacked yesterday following criticism of president Josep Maria Bartomeu and was followed out of the door by his number two Carles Puyol.
Ancelotti could be forgiven for viewing events in Catalonia with glee but the Italian played a straight bat when asked about it on Tuesday.
Speaking ahead of Wednesday’s Copa del Rey clash with city rivals Atletico, he told reporters: “I’m not happy about Barcelona's problems, because I have things to fix of my own. I look at my own team, not what happens in Barcelona. Let’s just say that teams have problems during the season.”
"I do not know the dressing room of Barcelona, so I cannot comment on Luis Enrique's decision [to rest Messi, Neymar and Dani Alves].
"Everyone faces decisions regarding the dressing room and Luis Enrique is best placed to make those decisions. It looked like a fair one."

Something tells me that Atleti will score from a set piece so hoping Suarez gives us a goal to cancel that goal out
I am personally gonna watch Higuain FC vs Tevez FC and follow the Barca game on livescore

They play shit against us too but we let them score because we have stupid mental defenders playing for us
Messi is destryong Gimenez right now, please for the love of good just play James there and Isco against Juanfran who is also crap. No more Khedira bs, start with our most offensive formation. All these guys know is how to hoof fcking retards they are

Pique and Marcherano dont foul players for no reason and either get themselves red carded or cause penalties
Thats what Ramos and Arbeloa do

Re: The Rivals Official Thread
Pique is shit and Mascherano isn't a CB. Ramos is better than both. Mandzukic just scored from a soft penalty but considering Messi's handball at the second goal it's even. Barca have been way better than these thugs though
