btw , Albertazzi wasn't bad , not bad at all. Made a few well timed interceptions , mostly held his own , although nowhere to be found on the goal Milan conceded.

i'd say it was more than i expected , this first half ,from both teams. For Milan, quite a few positives to be noted , especially with how we moved the ball around . For Real , nothing to get excited . Personally i am mostly happy with Ses playing again and scoring one. We generally try a bit more than Real and it shows in our game. Real were relaxed untill the 2nd goal , scored one quickly with Ronaldo having fun with our defence , just for things not to go out of hand .

Entertaining friendly so far , more than i could have asked . Thought it would be some boring 4-1 thrashing or something. Real had the upper hand after our 2nd , Nacho dat gift lmao , in general lines the game should be 1-1 if not for Nacho's gift to Menez.

I expect Real to equalise soon into the 2nd half , if i have to be honest . At the very least , i expect at least another goal from Real. We'll see what else comes up next , but yeah , thankfully it's a fun friendly regardless of result or who's playing.

well , it is not the same . It might be a friendly but you're playing against the best team right now , that's motivation enough for any team to show a good face . Playing against Empoli is just another Serie A match .

yes i agree , however it's still Real they're playing , 2nd half other plays will play anyway . Doesn't matter . I don't mean to say we play who knows what kind of football.. it's just not anything ugly , that is all .

Like i said , Real hardly tried untill they conceded the 2nd , only then they raised it up a notch. All in all , i like what i see from a friendly.

For a friendly , first half was quite good to watch , regardless if we like what we see from our teams as fans.

Has there been any word on whether El Shaarawy simply suffered cramp or an actual muscle injury? I missed the game unfortunately but glad to see that Albertazzi got an entire half at left back, not to mention El Shaarawy finding the net twice, though he really should have set up Pazzini for a tap in rather than shooting a couple of minutes before his second.

Of course, this makes us Unofficial World Champions.

SES looked ok after the knock, didn't seem fatal to me. Though, we'll have to wait and see what the doctors claim

In all seriousness, that was the best game Milan's played all season.
