Anyone wanna play?

Was thinking we use a new club in order to try out a new style and to play when 4 of us aren't on.

Right now we're just yo-yoing between div 2 and 1 and not getting anywhere.

Eventually the new club will get to div 2 and from there we can alternate between both clubs.

Agreed, I said it ages ago if we literally practised what we preached and done the things we said we should do without having to worry about results we'd be much better off for it

As far as team results go, we are much better when i'm playing DM with the odd attack forward, so I can concentrate on that

Attackers need to concentrate on quickly moving the ball and doing 1-2's and simple passes in the final 3rd EVEN WHEN the guy on the ball isn't in any danger of losing it. And we need to stop the panic hoofs. They are great when it's an ANY CB taking no chances but in the opponents half there's too much mad hoofing or panic first time passes to nowhere.

If we play as a team we'd rape all divisions barring the odd disgustingly bad luck goal/shit reff job.

Imo a 4-3-3/4-3-2-1 would be nice. Imagine if we had 2 human wingers/wide forwards and a number 9 in the final 3rd combining and shit, plus the wide men making it a 4-5-1 off the ball. Would dominate after like 10 games of getting used to it

Instead we stick to ultra narrow formations, then change for like 2 games in div 1 and when it inevitably fails we hit the reset button.
