I 100% agree with the theory.

When Barnes plays, you can guard him him anyone and he cant really do anything to worry you and it will free up the likes of Batum, Leonard etc to lock CP3's overrated ass up.

I dont really think they need a scorer, for me their problem is more the defensive end and rebounding. I know Doc prefers his team to not crash the offensive glass and get back in transition...but Barnes actually best strength is offensive rebounding which he isnt able to show, and Griffin and Jordan surely are capable of getting something done on the offensive glass.

I am starting to think they may a mistake. I think they should haved traded Mirotic for a wing.

I think he isnt going to get used enough, there just isnt the minutes and his value will only go down without the production to back up his quality.

They should have probably traded him before bringing him over because at that point the intrigue in him was so high they could of really got something good.

Firstly I don't think despite his Athleticism he's much of a defender and 2nd I don't see why Phoenix do that.

On Mirotic though, I have been very disappointed in how Thibs has used his bench....he's still overplaying his starters to extreme levels and Pau has been playing 40+ mins on more than one occasion....

I mean what the *bleep*? Can't say I'm surprised but it still doesn't quell the disappointment.

I first thought they needed another scorer, someone to do what Crawford does for the Clips. Come off the bench and gun.

But Pau is doing better than I thought, Rose looks fine, Brooks is a weapon and they have reliable shooting. I am with you, Butler in foul trouble means Dunleavy defending Melo, Bron and the likes lol

I dont think Green is much of a defender at all and I think a move to the Bulls would be bad. Green is one of the most tempremental players in the league in terms of getting his shots...if he doesnt get a good number during the game, he wont shoot well. He isnt the type to go 3-5 in 10 minutes of play...he needs 30 minutes and a good 10 shots to do what he does.

Agree on Tibs...I get that Gasol, Gibson and Noah will obviously take up a ton of minutes but damn...Mirotic is too good for 8 minutes here and there.

The Cavs SUCK on defense. The NEED to have intense training sessions on just playing defense.

Yep, pretty much everyone knew that trading Wiggins would leave them with LeBron carrying the full defensive load on wings. Marion isn't what he used to be.
