This game got nothing to do with form and Pool has an excellent chance to score a rebound / positive result. All they need is a single goal to start an upset; every team playing chelsea will try to take points from them because Chelsea might be able to withstand pressure of not conceding or maintaining a clean sheet but they're not good at creating pressure to break the opponents they're facing in general because of the risk averse strategies that Mourinho employs. He puts a lot of his character into his teams rather than shape the team into its own character by hybridizing its winning and key factors with his remedies as a coach for the weaknesses that are. He doesnt want to see that the game is not about him anymore but about the 11 players he fields. Any team that tries to park the bus against chelsea will reap some reward at one point or another during the course of two fixtures away or even at SB. Therefore, the best way to fix this shortcome at present, knowing that Mourinho will not change his strategies in the near future, is by taking advantage of any hiccups that the direct rivals make especially City because they can be ruthless and extremely clinical once they find form.
The pattern in results shows that Chelsea's good to explosive start of the season has been already depelted and the hunger and passion to win is not on par to compete at the highest levels (never was). The methods at hand might reap the League Title but will find it very difficult to secure a CL title. Losing a league fixture is also right around the corner due to the exposure of the team to extremely rigid and structured methods. They will eventually implode; its just a matter of time.

In layman's language; form has nothing to do with the way Chelsea plays. Chelsea will continue to use the same risk averse strategies. You can call this parking the bus if you want. Hope i have answered your question and cleared your doubts.

Chelsea will show Liverpool how to defend: Nemanja Matic reopens old wounds with jibe aimed at Rodgers' ‘not difficult to coach defending’ comment last season ahead of Anfield clash:
Chelsea midfielder has said a side has to know how to defend, ahead of the Blues' trip to Anfield Saturday, an apparent jibe at Brendan Rodgers' “not difficult” to coach defending quip after his side's 2-0 defeat in this fixture last season

"Nobody's happy when you lose a game and they weren't happy after that game. Many teams have tried to park the bus in front of the goal against us, but we win. It's not easy. If you defend you have to know how to defend. It was 2-0. We showed we have quality."
"It is a different story. We are ready. We are first and we want to stay there. We will play a different way and I'm very happy because we will play one big game on Saturday."

Re: Premier League - Liverpool vs Chelsea
-"It was three games to go, they were fighting for the title and they wanted to win. They struggled in a must-win. Last season was completely different."
"Now we are going there on top of the table. We know it's difficult but also our team knows how to win there. It will be very exciting. We know what we have to do. We have a lot of things to do to be successful and get points from Anfield."
"It's one of the massive, crucial games for us. For this kind of game you always have to find extra motivation and it's not about the tightness or fitness."
"We have two days to recover, this is usual and it's not our first time to play that. We know and we are professional, and we have to do a lot of things to be ready for that game."

"I like to play there, but I have to say that, some people feel the atmosphere can be negative way and affect the performance of the players."
"That's not my case. First of all I don't play."
"Secondly, I don't think it affects my players' performances, but in the past we have examples of it affecting performances, goals that are not goals, penalties given that aren't penalties."
"But it's a fantastic atmosphere for all of us to enjoy and play a good game."
