Such a crap, lazy, and useless-side-passes-playing player. Making so money much on 1 or 2 decent plays a week

Guy gives zero effort and I wish this is his last season in a City shirt.

With him we get dominated in every European game. Has pretty much Zero defensive contribution. And team is so unbalanced with him. Can't play in a 2 man midfield, because he is a defensive liability and is crap as AM in a 3 man midfield.

Hopefully we buy a proper CAM and sell Yaya in the next transfer window.

That is why you let a player leave when he wants to. You saw it with Tevez and now you are seeing it with Toure. He didn't want to be there anymore, and he hasn't wanted to be there since they shipped his brother off. Let him leave on top of the world with a league medal, but they just had to keep him there.

Not like it's anything new tbf, he's been like that his entire time in City.

Constantly being a passenger in midfield and being the main reason City concede so many goals as the defence are left with zero protection.

Saving grace is he'd pop up with vital goals and make everyone forget his weaknesses, now he isn't so he's just a bonafied passenger.

Might as well add Silva, Kompany and Aguero into the equation. I can count the number of memorable performances those three have put together on one hand.

In the past 5-10 years the likes of Lampard, Gerrard, Scholes, Fabregas, Henry, Ronaldo, Rooney, Drogba, Terry, Vidic, Ferdinand have all regularly performed in Europe and have countless iconic CL games.

Where were those three today or the past 3 years in general? Ozil got slaughtered after last season's tie against Bayern, I guarantee Silva will receive no criticism from the media.

That's the way Yaya is. Low work rate, but great skill. Nothing new here. Most of the time it's fine, because he contributes more than a harder-worker-but-lower-skilled player would - but not every game.

Ps. Scored 20 and assisted 9 last season when you won the PL. Would you have wished he wasn't in your team then? It's just last season, you know.

Indeed, I didnt see the game but I imagine it was a typical City European performance which doesnt surprise me and his problems being part of it I would imagine.

Pellegrini's the problem. Club's too big for him to manage. Someone like Ranieri's type might pull it off for a club like City.

My kingdom for a reason why Pellegrini can't cut it with big teams in Europe.

His record with Villarreal/Malaga suggests that he should excellent when given the quality players on City's squad but we've seen none of that.
