Chelsea Supporters Trust survey reveals fans want safe standing to help improve the Stamford Bridge atmosphere:
A survey of 660 members of the Chelsea Supporters Trust has yielded that fans agree with Mourinho's assessment regarding the club's support, listing the ways they feel the stale atmosphere at the Bridge can be improved

Other than safe standing, the survey revealed 'the desire for more affordable ticket pricing especially for younger supporters (which in turn would help the atmosphere).'

Members also believe that a solution to the atmosphere concerns would be to reduce the amount of overzealous stewarding on a matchday.

A sizable and growing chunk of Football League clubs back the introduction of safe-standing. Not something to rule out conclusively for the future in any sense.
