Not all of the time though, because it puts you in a defensive stance and there fore you it's easy to blow by in certain situations.

In general that's what you should be doing though.

In fairness you can commit contact, you just need to know what you can and can't do.

It's hard to do that without knowing the rules tbf. There's lots of things to keep in mind with regards to contact.

Which would take a while and probably not worth spending the time on unless you really want to.

I'd nail it eventually but looking at games I want to play, and games I really want to play, they're all leagues ahead of NBA that'd be a quick 1 hour club sesh with the lads material but if I have to put that much in to it to not lose every game it's not worth it

Anyone know how to shoot free throws?

Lost my first online by 10-12 points and missed all my free throws ffs

Started to get hang of defending, passes, dunks etc. But free throw I just can't Laughing

Same with normal shots sometimes but nowhere near as bad as FT

Usually you release it just before it reaches head height.

Go into the settings and change shot feedback to 'on' it help greatly. Especially when you need to learn to time shot.
