Re: The 2014/15 Calcio Saga
A good reason why Juventus won Serie A last season is because they went out of the CL very early on . Otherwise it would have taken it's toll in the 2nd half of the season and i think it's safe to say Roma would have probably won it. When they got eliminated instead of Galata , it meant Serie A would become something more than priority n1 .
I remember myself talking about this with my cousin who's a Juventus fan , told him right after the game ended not to be so sad since they just won Serie A
We can't say for sure obviously , just guess.. But it's normal when things like that occur , most always there's a dip in league form. Roma would have taken advantage of it and their own slumps would have mattered a bit less than what they did .
Anyway , Roma will probably win it this season anyway .
Juventus won't resist the urge going for the CL when they get to play in the 16 once again. If by any chance they go through , it will continue into spring.. It will most probably take it's toll on them this time around , especially if Allegri persists pushing on for both , something which i bet anything he will if he gets past the 16.

Totti's smart enough to not point his finger fully at the camera, so he can pretend to be badass but get away with it

This pic with Totti and Rossi has nothing to do with Osvaldo ... juist a fan inserted this sentence
Anyway , Osvaldo is still friend with De Rossi and Totti . He said it and they hugged each other after match

about Canton it is true ,we were very close to sign Cantona. The French confirmed it recently too . Perhaps without that Crystal Palace hooligan...
Just imagining Ronaldo - Cantona ...
Now we can dream Borini

Don't post often, but I saw a very old school goal last weekend. This guy I think named Perreira, took the ball in his penalty area and scored a goal getting by guys like Arturo Vidal. That was a Maradona style goal.

So Gabbiadini to Napoli apparently. Not a fan of Duvan Zapata so hopefully he can be a better back up to Pipita.

Gabbiadini can also play on the wing, not surprised to see Napoli bring in another option on the flanks given that Insigne is out for the season, though he's more comfortable on the right than the left. It's a good opportunity for him, he'll either prove himself capable of playing at the top level or be set on the road as a journeyman.

De Sanctis
Someone show Messi a video of the 0-1 by Zaza to show him why ne needs to press.
And a beautiful 0-2 by Zaza as well.
Looks like Roma are not taking advantage of Juve's lost points.

De Sanctis knowing him:"It wasn't me. It had nothing to do with me. Zaza came on very hostile and I FEEL highly offensive to me as that sort of harassment should be reprimanded as indirect and non consensual rape as I felt violated and internally invaded. I FEEL It wasn't my fault."

Re: The 2014/15 Calcio Saga
Every mistake Roma makes seems to be linked back to that Bayern loss.....that has proven to be as poisonous as it was brutal. It gave teams like Sassuolo a blue print on how to beat Roma while simultaneously rocking our confidence to the core to the point where we're just not concentrating in the same way we were before that game.
Glad Sir Nutella spared our blushes today nonetheless though.
Some positives to take from this:
- Florenzi looks serviceable at RB
- Ljajic has finally arrived at Roma truly
- Holebas growing quickly in confidence and form
- No progress made, but no progress lost.
- No injuries or concerns heading into Citeh game.
And of course negatives:
- Destro looked lazy and disinterested
- Iturbe clearly lacks a final ball
- Napoli's De Sanctis has finally shown up
- Really worried about DDR. This is going far beyond just bad form. Something is really off with him.

I didn't get to watch the 2nd half but based off the first half alone Roma are lucky to have only conceded twice. Sassuolo must be kicking themselves in the back over what they let escape.

ZAPATA! At least he's making an effort to stop Empoli from stomping them in their own stadium... unlike some other Napoli players.
