If you were to accumulate (or even average) the amount of and rigor of education the people who wrote autocorrect have undergrone.....

It is of minor concern that my phone automatically modifies my writing. Much more worrying is that the people who wrote autocorrect have made the presumption that I am incapable of writing properly, despite me having all of my mental faculties intact and the full use of my hands, fingers and thumbs. Even more shocking is that these same people have set auto-correct as the default option. Is everyone on this planet so incapable of basic writing that they need constant babysitting by a second-rate computer program?

I turned off auto-correct on my phone. I certainly do not need "advice" from my phone to tell me what I am trying to write when I already know perfectly well what I am trying to write.
