On a more serious note, sigh. Losing Di Maria was a big blow as Acuna just wasn't all of that for me. Also, Messi really tried his genuine best to create, the finishing from this team was pretty dire.

To be fair how many chances did Icardi have, 5? I'm sure Higgy would've done well today, he always does against scrubs, his issue is finals.

I think we can safely say that Samp's total football experience failed today, not only did we fail to finish our chances but we also left gaping holes in our defense. If Venezuela were dangerous on the counter I can't imagine how ruthless Peru will be, I think they'll score 3.

Anyways, I never want to see scrubs like Pizarro, Acosta and Benedetto play for us again. What a waste

Acosta, for all his scrubbiness, is pretty quick. No idea who in the world is Benedetto. I know Higgy isn't the most dependable but usually only applies to finals. He definitely is a better option that I would only assume is the name given for a FM regen.
